stop cold emailing ceos who dont know they need you

start scraping companies legally required to give you money

usaspending.(gov) shows every federal contract awarded
filter for contracts over $750k

heres the thing nobody knows
any contract over that threshold requires the prime contractor to subcontract a percentage to small businesses

they literally have to find vendors or lose the contract

search for "staffing" "marketing" "it services" whatever you sell
find the primes who just won
hit the program manager with

"saw you won the [agency] contract - looks like youll need to hit your small business subcontracting goal. we're an sba certified [your service] and can help you stay compliant while actually delivering"

they have budget locked in
theyre legally required to spend it on companies like yours

good news is you dont need certification to be a subcontractor
the prime decides who to work with

but if you want the real set-aside advantages and youre not in the US
find a partner stateside to form the entity and pay your LLC consulting fees on the backend

not legal advice just how the game is played

while everyone fights over saas founders youre tapping into guaranteed government money

this works in the UK too

contractsfinder. service. gov. uk shows every public contract

heres the UK play:

PPN 01/18 requires primes on contracts over £5m to advertise subcontract opportunities over £25k on Contracts Finder

government target: £1 in every £3 spent with SMEs
departments report this quarterly or get grilled

£400 billion in annual public procurement
primes need SME supply chain spend to hit targets

scrape who just won
check their subcontracting ads on Contracts Finder
or message the contract manager direct

"saw you won the [department] contract. need SME supply chain spend for your quarterly reporting?"

everyone's freaking out about the epstein files like it's scandal content

meanwhile you now have access to personal email addresses of billionaires, CEOs, politicians, and hedge fund managers

all sitting on a .gov website

justice .gov/epstein

while everyone's posting memes about flight logs

the real ones are running this play:

1. go to Court Records and DOJ Disclosures sections
2. download the PDFs (thousands of pages of depositions, correspondence, contact lists)
3. run OCR on scanned documents to make them searchable
4. ctrl+F for email patterns (@gmail, @yahoo, personal domains)
5. cross reference names with LinkedIn to verify current roles
6. build your list in a spreadsheet

for the images and handwritten docs the site warns about:

use claude or gpt vision to extract text from screenshots
plenty of personal contact info in handwritten notes and address books

now you have verified personal emails of ultra high net worth individuals

spin up clean inboxes on deliveron
warm them for 2 weeks

then hit them with relevant offers:

reputation management
crisis PR
wealth management
family office services
legal services
private security consulting

"saw your name come up recently. helping executives navigate sensitive situations. worth a conversation?"

these are people who DEFINITELY need services right now

and you have their actual inbox

not some company email that routes to an assistant

the same documents funding twitter drama threads

are the most valuable UHNW lead list dropped in years

but sure keep posting memes about it

if you’re in the UK and actually want to make a difference, look into childrens homes

the sector is cooked

775 kids sitting in unregistered placements right now. ofsted opened 900 investigations into illegal homes this year alone

private providers making 23% profit margins while kids get shoved into airbnbs and caravans. one placement was £1m+ per year for a single child

meanwhile theres a massive shortage of registered managers and qualified staff.

nurses leaving for NHS or retail because the pay is garbage. care workers earning less than shelf stackers at aldi

ive done recruitment for NHS childrens homes and seen it firsthand. theres people with zero background opening homes because they get subsidies and see the margins

ofsted reports are public at
reports. ofsted. gov. uk - scrape them and youll see the pattern

if youre technical, have ops experience, or know people with actual qualifications who want to run proper homes - theres a gap
£440m/year going to unregistered placements

government literally cant find enough registered homes
councils are going bankrupt from placement costs
someone with actual ethics could build something real here and still make money

save the kids

startups hiring "head of growth" at 200k/year when the job is literally: send cold emails send linkedin dms run ads measure whats working you could train a 22 year old to do this in 3 weeks but the title sounds important so you pay consultant prices for intern work
