Non Sports talk After the Jays playoff run, I decided to take a break from drinking on my own terms. The playoff run took something out of me and it wasn't my healthiest. Have gone three weeks without a drink. Was a pretty decent drinker before that. If you've had drinks with me, you can confirm. I have gained fucking weight without drinking. Thought it would have very noticeable effects after 3 weeks, but to my surprise, not really. My lack of drinking increased my urge for snacking (Halloween didn't help) and I feel that is way more dangerous than a couple of beers on a Tuesday night. 4 Oreos is like 280 calories or 3 Miller Lite's worth of calories Drinking is not good for you, but fuck snacks. That shit is dangerous. A bag of Ms. Vickie chips that can get crushed during the 1pm games is over 1,000 calories. Two weeks no snacks no beer is the goal. Eating window is 12 noon-6 only. Trying to keep it to 1K calories or fewer. Wish me luck
