This month, @alterramtnco invited photographer Stephen Shelesky (he/him), marathon runner Cal Calamia (they/he), and non-profit leader Virginia Solomon (they/them) into the office for a panel discussion about Allyship for Pride Month. Cal asks that everyone show some love and curiosity within the outdoor industry toward inviting others to feel welcome: "Imagine the thing you love doing the most - photography, cycling, running, or even petting your dog. Imagine people saying that, because of your gender or sexuality, you can’t do that…This isn't just a conversation about Queer inclusion and allyship in the outdoors, this is the same conversation we've been having for years about the value of human beings and who deserves a voice.”
