With everyone getting back to routines, school, etc. I think it's sooo important to simplify nutrition. I like to prep/have a few protein sources each week to make life a little easier! I usually do some variation of shredded chicken/chicken salad, @Chomps , & always have eggs on hand! Chomps are like my cheat code - they're a nutrient-dense source of protein (10g per stick!) and are grass-fed & finished beef (Quality is SO important when it comes to meat!). Jk fries are my fave food but these are cuter ;) Simply slice the banana in half, then half again, and again until you get little fries. Dip in melted chocolate, roll in chopped peanuts, then freeze for at least 3-4 hours for the best texture! I dipped mine in peanut butter caramel! Pb caramel: • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tosp peanut butter • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract & good pinch of salt •splash of room temp water, as needed to thin. Simply whisk & enjoyyyyy! Let me know you try! If you haven't tried these cucumber wraps & want a lazy giri, refreshing lunch, you must try!! Super customizable, you can use whatever protein, fillings, & dipping sauces you want so they never get boring! I did carrot, cabbage, sesame tuna, avocado, red pepper & dipped it in a peanut sauce! The rolls: use a peeler to get thin slices of cucumber. Lay them on a piece of parchment, over lapping each slice slightly. Fill with fillings of choice. Roll them up (it's ok if it's messy!). Slice into pieces. Peanut sauce (makes extra!) 1/3 c peanut butter 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sesame seeds Pinch of red pepper flakes or sriracha 1/4 tsp ground ginger Water, as needed to thin Just blend, adjust the flavor as desired, & use for dipping! #cucumbersushi #lowcarbrecipes #lowcarbmeal #healthylunchideas #healthyrecipe

If your dough is super sticky, add in the almond flour and mix well. It shouldn't be dry, but shouldn't stick to your fingers! Divide the dough amongst a muffin tin, pressing it into the bottoms and filling them about 1/2 way full. Scoop about 2/3 of the coconut whip out into a large bowl. Add the protein powder, and vanilla and whip until fluffy. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Spread over the cookie dough layers, filling them the rest of the way full. Freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight! Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Remove bars from the freezer, and dip each bar in melted chocolate. the best easiest snack ever.  •1-2 apples, diced •1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (greek or coconut) *or stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla to your yogurt before adding to jar! “Caramel” •2 tbsp peanut butter (make sure it’s a runny variety, not thick!) •1/2 tbsp maple syrup •2-3 tbsp milk of choice, warmed *do not use cold milk! •pinch of sea salt •chopped peanuts (measure with your heart!) •chocolate chips (or measure with your heart 😉 In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, maple syrup, warmed milk, and sea salt. Add diced apples to a jar. Then add the yogurt. You can shake the jar or just use a spoon to mix it up so the apples are all coated. Then fold in the peanut butter caramel mixture ,chocolate chips, and peanuts. Finish with extra toppings and enjoy immediately or chill. #healthysnacks #snickerssalad #snacksforkids #healthydessert #applesalad
