Everyone’s flying 10+ hours to Hawaii when Europe has been hiding its own version this whole time 🌋🌿

Welcome to the Azores 🇵🇹 nine islands sitting alone in the middle of the Atlantic, closer to a dream than a map!

➡️ Comment “azores” and we’ll send you our free Google Maps guide for São Miguel & Terceira 🌿

Think crater lakes, volcanic craters you can hike into, waterfalls hiding around every bend, and natural pools carved into the coastline. The weather flips five times a day and honestly it just keeps making the views better 🥹

Every spot in this video 👇
📍 Miradouro da Boca do Inferno (São Miguel)
📍 Farol do Arnel (São Miguel)
📍 Jardim Botânico da Ribeira do Guilherme (São Miguel)
📍 Terra Nostra Park (São Miguel)
📍 Cinco Ribeiras (Terceira)
📍 Pico Dona Joana Geodésico (Terceira)
📍 Terra Nostra Park (São Miguel)
📍 Miradouro da Vista do Rei (São Miguel)
📍 Lagoa Pau Pique (São Miguel)
📍 Gorreana Tea Plantation (São Miguel)

What we’d tell our past selves before booking:
🌋 The weather turns on a dime, always keep a Plan B
🚗 Rent a car, you’ll want the freedom to chase the good light
♨️ Hit the hot springs early morning or late evening
🌊 Natural pools follow the tides, check before you drive out
🍃 Trails get muddy, bring shoes you don’t mind trashing
💨 Layers are your best friend, the wind doesn’t quit

Be honest: would you trade Hawaii for this? 👀

Europe’s answer to Hawaii exists and almost no one is talking about it 🌊🌿

POV: you land somewhere that feels wild, untouched, and incredibly green, sunny one minute, foggy the next, glowing after the rain 🌦️✨
This isn’t a destination you rush. It’s one you experience.

So where is this place?

The Azores 🇵🇹 a group of islands hidden in the middle of the Atlantic

Volcanic landscapes, crater lakes, hot springs, dramatic cliffs, and waterfalls around every corner. A place where the weather changes five times a day and the scenery somehow gets better every hour.

Locations shown in the video👇
📍Miradouro da Boca do Inferno (Sao Miguel)
📍Farol do Arnel  (Sao Miguel)
📍Jardim Botânico da Ribeira do Guilherme (Sao Miguel)
📍Terra Nostra Park (Sao Miguel)
📍Quatro Ribeiras (Terceira)
📍Pico Dona Joana geodesico (Terceira)
📍Gorreana Tea Plantation

Things we wish someone told us before visiting:
🌋 Weather changes fast: always have a Plan B
🚗 Renting a car is a must
♨️ Visit hot springs early or late
🌊 Natural pools depend on tides
🍃 Mud is part of the experience (proper shoes > cute shoes)
💨 Windy viewpoints are totally normal, bring layers

* visited with @visitazores

Would you swap Hawaii for this European island paradise? 👀

Everything you need to know about the most beautiful café in Marrakech 👀👇🏼

♥️ We’ve put together a full map + guide to make planning easier, whether it’s your first trip or you’re already obsessed with Morocco. All the best spots covered!

👉 Comment “souk” and we’ll send you a link to our curated Morocco guide! :)

We first visited Bacha Coffee when we were in Singapore and since I (Lara) immediately fell in love with it, I googled it a bit and found out that it actually originated in Marrakech. So of course, it climbed straight to the top of my Morocco bucket list, because how beautiful is this spot? 😍

📍 It’s located inside the gorgeous Dar el Bacha Palace, decorated with intricate tiles, chandeliers, and the most beautiful courtyard, so even waiting for a table here feels calming. 🥹

When it comes to waiting for a table, yes, you’ll have to wait, because it’s quite a popular spot. In the meantime, you can visit the museum inside the palace while your buzzer does its thing. Our tip? Go early in the morning, ideally before it even opens! 😅☀️

☕ They serve 100% Arabica coffee with over 200 blends, poured into elegant silver pots.
🥐 And don’t miss the pastries, they’re insanely good! 🌸

Whether you’re a coffee lover or just after an aesthetic Marrakech moment, this café is so worth the wait. 🤭

#AD We went on a Secret Escapes stay in Mykonos and we just want to talk about it forever! 🌊🇬🇷

📍 Mykonos gets a lot of hype for the parties and the crowds, but if you slow down a little, there’s a completely different island waiting for you. We spent our days wandering through Mykonos Town, getting lost in the narrow whitewashed streets, stumbling into little cafés, watching the light change over Little Venice in the evening. No rush, no agenda. Just the two of us soaking it all in.🥰

✨ And then we’d come back to Nimbus Lumen, located just above Super Paradise beach, completely private, with a jacuzzi and views of the Aegean that honestly never got old. Waking up to that every morning, coffee in hand, the sea right in front of you, that’s the kind of slow travel we live for 🫶🏼

👉🏼This trip came together through @secretescapes and we’d genuinely recommend them to anyone. They find you 4 and 5-star hotel stays at members-only prices, breakfast and extras often included, and it’s completely free to join. The value is really something.

We have a little gift for our community too 🎁

📍 Welcome to Porto, a place that grew very close to our hearts during our 10-day visit a few months ago🤍

It’s hard to explain what it’s like to be in Porto, so we truly think it’s something you need to experience for yourself. For us, it’s the way the light hits the Douro at golden hour… watching it from the bridge with hundreds of people, listening to live music, sipping port wine with a view you didn’t plan for, and ending the day with a cozy dinner in a small local spot. Porto is not just a place… it’s a feeling you fall into very quickly.😊

✨ Comment “douro” and we’ll send you our free Google Maps Guide with our favorite spots in Porto and their locations!

Where to eat & drink:
🥐 Brites Padaria – unreal croissants
☕ At Street Coffee – specialty coffee & pastries
🍽️ Casa Guedes & Gazela – classic local food
🍷 Wine bars in Gaia – port wine with a view

Where to go:
📍 Ribeira & Cais da Ribeira – colorful riverfront and the heart of the city
📍 Dom Luís I Bridge – sunset walks you’ll remember
📍 Jardim do Morro & Serra do Pilar – best viewpoints over Porto
📍 Livraria Lello & Rua das Flores – historic streets full of character
📍 Vila Nova de Gaia – wine cellars + river views

✨ Get lost in the streets
✨ Watch sunset over the Douro
✨ Try pastel de nata (Castro is a must)
✨ Take a day trip to the Douro Valley or Foz do Douro

✨ Comment “roof” and we’ll send you our free Google Maps pins for Innsbruck: must-visit spots, cafés, hotels & activities🌺

📍 If you’re planning a trip to Austria, make sure to add Innsbruck to your list because it’s one city we truly fell in love with! It is surrounded by mountains, filled with colourful old-town streets, and packed with cosy cafés, it’s perfect for a 2–3 day getaway (especially if you’re a coffee lover like we are hehe)☕

Our favourite experiences in Innsbruck:
🏔 Take the Nordkette cable car for panoramic views over the Alps

☕ Go coffee hopping - kaffeegesellschaft and Karaffu Coffee were our daily ritual

🏰 Explore the Old Town and see the famous Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl)

🍝 Have dinner at Brasserie 6020 (don’t skip tiramisu, it’s the best one we ever had!!!)

✨ Visit Swarovski Kristallwelten
