Food scraps don’t have to go to landfill, they can be turned into compost and used again. A few things we’ve been learning: 🍓 all food scraps can go in the green bin (fruit peels, veggies scraps, bones, leftovers) 🚮 don’t overthink it, just separate from trash 🫙 worried about smell? keep scraps in a small container with a lid or in the freezer before you compost them. Ordering à la carte is the way to go here! Tam Vi is THE cheapest Michelin Star restaurant in Vietnam and honestly we would go back! If you expect a typical bougie dinner, this is not it! The food here is very simple, super homey! It’s nothing too crazy but very solid. Now I don’t have to choose between a Pho or a Banh Mi 😂 We went to @banhmimi_sandwiches for breakfast and got 2 drinks, 2 banh mi.
