okieeee so this is probably one of the most vulnerable posts i’ve ever made❤️🩹 but this year it’s my mission to normalise talking about wobbly noggins and mental h so here it goes.. never did i think these photos would see anywhere other than my camera roll (there are some shockers!!) but i was having a big old think the other night, about the end of last year, when my anxiety quite literally flooded my brain & how far i’ve come since then!!!⭐️
i took these photos at my absolute lowest points and i don’t know if it’s just me but i feel i look like im not even there? i look so lost & so grey!! there’s no sparkle or whizziness left whatsoever!! it’s like i left my body for a while and sally (my anx) took the reins🧠 i look at these pics and im zoomed back to how really really horrid these days were & i just want to go back and squeeze past me & tell her it WILL get better!!!❤️ but gosh what a ride we went on!! those few months blur into one!
there was a point i v v nearly lost hope, i sort of accepted maybe this is it, maybe this is how my brain is just going to be from now on!! but feeling how i do today compared to then is INSANE❤️🩹 i worked & worked & worked on my mental health!! i asked & got help⭐️
and yes my anxiety is still here today!🥲🧠i’ve still got work to do!! & it’ll probably come back in full swing one day and i most likely will never get rid of it for good !!
but that’s the thing about anxiety it’s not something you fix, it’s something you learn to live with! and i think understanding the symptoms & what can help each of these is a v good first step❤️🩹💌⭐️ & my goal is to raise awareness of it allll & squish the stereotypes that mental h has !!
so if you’re feeling any of these things please don’t feel alone❤️ have hope !!! and lean on your bubble !! it WILL get better❣️ & i’ll keep doing my bit to make it all feel more normal!!!!💌 xxxx

GUYS I DID IT !!!!!!🌟🌟🌟 stockholm half marathon 2025 oh em geeeee !!!!! where do i start ?? yesterday was unreal, unbelievably hard, empowering, hella painful & emosh all in one !!! but i found out I CAN DO FLIPPIN HARD THINGS !!!!💌🥹
i think i got a PB too AHH !!!!!🌟🧚🏼🏃🏽♀️❣️ 2:08:28 says strava !!! (waiting on my chip time)
i set off waaaay speedier than normal & somehow held it for a lot of the race (adrenaline & haribos??) until i hit 15K and my knees were hating every single second of it !!! they were SORE ! but nothing that a lil bit of hamilton couldn’t try block out😗 i pushed HARD yesterday, tears were sucked back in & i can’t quite tell you how proud i am that i got over that finish line !!!!! i genuinely used every drop of energy in my tank hahah
half maras may seem easy peasy for a lotta people but for me this was HUGE !!!!! through injuries, everything going on this year & a tonne of self doubt I JUST RAN A HALF MARATHON?!!!
off to flop for a few days & feel mega mega proud !!! well done to all the other runners in stockers yesterday - YOU ROCK SO HARD !!!!!❣️❣️

a day that my anxiety didn’t win !!💌⭐️ i started filming this video yesterday morning with the plan of it being my first run back in london viddy or a happy human dancing around my flat to harry styles type vibe !!🍸⭐️🌻🪩✨ but unfortunately sally (my anx) had other plans !!so i thought rather than edit the sad bits out and pretend i was 100% happy whizzy soph i’d just be honest instead :))
so i guess here’s a day in the life of an anxious girl in london ?? who loves to be busy, loves to have plans after eve after work, loves a silly wine night, loves to work two jobs, have a million hobbies and say yes to every plan that comes her way buttttt who’s noggin gets overwhelmed by the tiniest of things EVER !! (like running down my street in london, even though i walk it every day and used to run down it constantly!! but now it’s the biggest blocker ever??? and even the idea of running down it tipped me over the edge?? make it make sense xxx)
anywayyyyy!! learning every week that anxiety isn’t something you get over or get rid of! it’s something you learn to live with⭐️ and i think me a few months ago would be pretty proud of how we dealt with it yesterday!!! <3 <3

i wanted to come back online, be honest and share how i feel through this viddy to normalise talking about mental health and anxy brains and how yuck it can be!! and to hopefully help anyone else who is maybe feeling the same, feel a little less alone💌 i know when i heard that people had been through similar experiences to me or felt the same way, it made me feel a lot less scared and gave me a slice of hope that id get better too!!⭐️✨ and i plan on sharing what i did/am doing to help me get to a happier place with you guys as well!
i literally can’t put into words how great my bubble of humans have been through the last few months💘💘💘i am SO lucky to have such supportive and kind and patient friends, family & managers !! everyone has been nothing short of AMAZING and i will forever be grateful to you all for quite literally scooping me up, cooking me dinners, going for walks, sending little packages, checking in and talking me through the same worries again and again and again on facetime !! i love you lot millions and millions xxxx ok must stop because i will cry xxxxx
