September already… only 4 months left of 2025?!? SAY WHAT!!!! At the start of this year, I promised myself it would be different. I wanted transformation, adventure, healing, challenge, more pleasure more play, and expansion. I wanted to let go of what weighed me down, speak the truths I’d been holding back, and step into a bigger, bolder version of me. I also wanted to protect my peace and stop trying to prove anything to anyone. Looking back now, I can honestly say, I’ve done all of that and more. This has been one of the most powerful years of my life. The darkness taught me to appreciate the light. Things that have happened changed me forever . The discomfort shaped me into someone stronger, freer, and more aligned. I’ve cried a lot , laughed even more , travelled , experienced , learned , connected deeper, shed layers and old beliefs , changed and evolved. If you knew me 12 months ago but haven’t seen me since - you don’t know me 💁🏽‍♀️ Every moment stretched me, and every season of change brought me closer to myself. This year hasn’t just been about growth, it’s been about becoming. And the best part? There are still 4 months left. Two exciting projects coming to life for @sherises.podcast soooooonnnn 💕🙌🏼👯

With 17 years of adventures and ups and downs - in this episode we went there , the struggles, what the last 12 months have been like and why so much change , the moments we almost didn’t make it, the growth, the lessons, parenting, what Steve has found hardest with me being online so much , working together, both having brain aneurysm surgery’s , how Steve coped when I didn’t want to be here , the times Steve believed in me long before I ever believed in myself, his journey to one year sober, and even how he felt about me sharing that sexy dancing video online. 🔥🤭 I honestly didn’t know if Steve would share this openly… but he felt ready to tell a huge part of our story. Actually have no words 🥹 Friday night - “ MASKED MYSTERY MASQUERADE “ was a night we will NEVER forget ! 50 women coming together to connect , learn about the masks they wear on the daily, learn dark and light shadow work, learn how to be vulnerable and seen , learn how to hold space for others , love unconditionally and connect to their inner child ❤️‍🩹 OH and have loads of laughter and tears along the way! Thankyou to all the women who took a leap of faith and booked a ticket to an event they actually had no idea what we would be taking them through!
