Can we predict the Super Bowl champion using basketball analytics? 🏀🏈
I adapted the Trapezoid of Excellence (credit to @ryanhammer9) from college basketball to create the Rhombus of Reckoning for the NFL Playoffs. Using DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average) instead of raw stats, we can see which teams are ACTUALLY elite when you adjust for opponent strength.
The Patriots looked dominant this year… until you realize they played the 3rd easiest schedule since 1978. DVOA catches that.
Inside the Rhombus: Rams (elite offense), Seahawks (historic defense), Jaguars, Texans, Broncos, and Steelers.
So who wins Super Bowl 60? The data says…

Why Minnesota Should Go All-In on Joe Burrow

Three firsts and McCarthy for Joe Burrow. The boldest move that could finally bring a Lombardi to Minneapolis. Reuniting him with Jefferson in a dome with elite facilities and a top-5 defense? That’s a recipe for January dominance. The Vikings have never had a QB who can deliver in the playoffs. This changes everything.

The Bills front office has failed Josh Allen. Here’s how they win a Super Bowl in 2027 👇
Brandon Beane said they didn’t need a WR. Keon Coleman got benched. Allen’s best target is Khalil Shakir - a slot guy with a 3.67 average depth of target. Buffalo ranked 28th against the run. These problems end seasons.
THE FIX:
Cut Dawson Knox ($18M cap hit). Restructure Allen + Oliver. Clear $16M in space.
Sign George Pickens. 4 years, $130M. He’s the vertical threat this offense has needed since Diggs left. Wins contested catches, stretches the field, redzone weapon.
Add Nick Cross to pair with Cole Bishop. Led all safeties in tackles at 24 years old.
Bring back Joey Bosa, Connor McGovern, David Edwards. Keep the pass rush elite and OL intact.
Draft CJ Allen (LB, Georgia) to replace Matt Milano. Round 2: Domonique Orange (DT) to fix that run defense.
Buffalo’s window isn’t closed. It just took way too long for the front office to admit Josh Allen needs actual weapons. #NFL #bills #buffalobills #joshallen #seanmcdermott

THE Best Waiver Wire Adds For Week 7 🔥

✅ 10. Jaydon Blue – (29%)
I refuse to give up on Jaydon Blue. At this point he’s just a high-upside stash if Javonte Williams is banged up — especially with Myles Sanders now out for the season.

✅ 9. C.J. Stroud – (54%)

✅ 8. Wan’Dale Robinson – (73%)

✅ 7. Jalen Coker – (14%)
We’ve talked about him for three straight weeks, and he should finally make his season debut next week. He was strong to end last year, and with Bryce Young looking sharp, I like his upside.

✅ 6. Harold Fannin – (51%)

✅ 5. Sam Darnold – (51%)

✅ 4. AJ Barner – (38%)
It’s time to give AJ Barner the respect he deserves. Three straight double-digit performances and steady QB play make him a must-roster tight end in most leagues.

✅ 3. Bam Knight – (18%)
Bam Knight being the lead back in Arizona wasn’t on anyone’s bingo card, but he was named the starter before Week 6 and delivered with 12.4 fantasy points.

✅ 2. Jayden Higgins – (25%)
Coming off his bye, and rookie wideouts often break out after the extra week of prep. C.J. Stroud is heating up, and Higgins’ snap count keeps rising. Get ahead of your league mates now.

✅ 1. Kimani Vidal – (45%)
Averaged nearly seven yards per carry this week and completely dominated his backfield. He’s the top pickup of the week — go grab Kimani Vidal now!

The Best Waiver Wire Adds for Week 8 🔥

✅ Joe Flacco – (15%)
Looked sharp in his second game as a Bengal, throwing for 342 yards and three touchdowns. As long as he’s feeding Chase and Higgins, he’ll stay fantasy-relevant in deeper leagues.

✅ Xavier Legette – (13%)
Posted his best career game with 9 catches for 92 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets. Back-to-back 80%+ snap shares and finally looks like a focal point in Carolina’s offense. Strong stash in all formats.

✅ Chimere Dike – (2%)
Rookie breakout alert — 4 catches for 70 yards and a score as Tennessee’s offense woke up. Still third in routes but showed real big-play upside. Worth a deep-league add.

✅ Kayshon Boutte – (50%)
Quietly trending up in usage and targets. If he keeps this role, he could become a steady WR3 option in PPR leagues.

✅ Josh Downs – (50%)
Averaging nearly 7 targets per game over the last three weeks. Reliable floor play with a sneaky ceiling in favorable matchups.

✅ Colston Loveland – (23%)
Athletic rookie tight end who could see a major bump if Cole Kmet’s back injury lingers. Explosive athlete with breakout potential — stash him now.

✅ Jaxson Dart – (55%)
Solid dual-threat streamer who continues to put up QB1 weeks when given the chance. A strong play in superflex and 2QB formats.

✅ Oronde Gadsden – (11%)
Has officially taken over as the Chargers’ TE1. Went off for 150+ yards and 2 touchdowns. Snaps are skyrocketing — must add in all leagues.

✅ Brashard Smith – (9%)
Turned 14 touches into 81 yards and looked explosive doing it. KC’s backfield is wide open, and Smith could carve out a real role soon. Bench stash with upside.

✅ Kyle Monongai – (12%)
My top widely available add of the week. Nearly matched D’Andre Swift in snaps and looks like the 1B in what could be a budget version of the Gibbs/Montgomery backfield. Add him everywhere.

Exactly how the second round SHOULD go!

This is a way-too-early 2026 fantasy football mock draft, now shifting to Round 2 with the 2025 season officially finished.

I went through the first three rounds in full, but this video focuses only on Round 2, where drafts are often won or lost. This is where positional value matters most, RB vs WR trends start to separate, and reaching for QBs can make or break a roster. Every pick is based on usage trends, points per game, age curves, and offensive context. No rookie hype fluff, no vibes-only takes.

Round 3 is already done and coming next, and that’s where things get even stranger, with sharper tier breaks, risky bets, and a few picks people are going to hate.

If you’re drafting early or trying to get ahead of market shifts, this is the round to study.

Round 3 coming soon.

THE Best Waiver Wire Adds For Week 10 🔥

✅ 10. Luke Musgrave (1%) – Steps in as Green Bay’s top TE with Tucker Kraft out. Worth a stash if you’re thin at tight end.

✅ 9. Trey Benson (63%)

✅ 8. JJ McCarthy (25%) – Three total TDs and one rushing last week. Showing sneaky upside in Superflex formats.

✅ 7. Demario Douglas (6%) – First 100-yard game with a TD. If Boutte stays out, Douglas could earn a bigger role.

✅ 6. Isaiah Davis (34%) – Coming off a bye but trending up. If Breece Hall or Braelon Allen miss time, he’s a top pickup.

✅ 5. Dylan Sampson (12%) – Judkins is banged up, and Sampson’s catching passes out of the backfield. Great stash with upside.

✅ 4. Joe Flacco (53%)

✅ 3. Troy Franklin (55%)

✅ 2. Parker Washington (25%) – Emerging as Jags WR2 behind Christian Kirk. Role and targets keep growing.

✅ 1. Colston Loveland (27%) – Breakout week: 6 catches, 118 yards, 2 TDs. The Bears’ new go-to tight end — must add everywhere.

THE Best Waiver Wire Adds For Week 5

✅ 10. Jalen Coker – (14%)
Coker flashed late last year with 25 and 14 fantasy points in two of his final four games. He could return from injury next week and is worth a stash.

✅ 9. Darius Slayton – (5%)
With Malik Nabers sidelined, Slayton should see a decent bump as the Giants’ top outside receiver. He’s not flashy, but the opportunity makes him worth a stash.

✅ 8. Kenneth Gainwell – (43%)
Stepped in for the injured Jaylen Warren in the Steelers’ London game and exploded for 134 total yards and two TDs. He’s worth a stash even with Warren expected back soon.

✅ 7. Elic Ayomanor – (58%)

✅ 6. Keandre Miller – (7%)
He’s still behind Alvin Kamara, but Miller is carving out touches. A strong handcuff with real upside. Today, he carried the ball 11 times for 65 yards and a touchdown.

✅ 5. Hunter Henry – (70%)

✅ 4. Jaxson Dart – (34%)
Dart won his first NFL start and turned heads with his legs, rushing 10 times for 54 yards and a touchdown. He only threw for 111 yards, and losing Malik Nabers could cap his passing upside, but the rushing floor alone makes him worth a stash in deeper leagues.

✅ 3. Chris Rodriguez – (34%)
Rodriguez led Washington in rushing with 59 yards on seven carries and also logged the highest snap share in the backfield. It’s still a three-way split, but he looks like the back with the best chance to take over.

✅ 2. Wandale Robinson – (64%)

✅ 1. Woody Marks – (19%)
We talked about him last week and he went off for nearly 30 points. He’s going to take over the Texans’ backfield and is still widely available. Go get him now!
