Steve my Italian foodie friend joins me at the table again to try everything at this new Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City. More than just pasta, this place has pizza’s, salads, desserts and the biggest sandwiches we have ever seen on this show. You genuinely won’t believe the amount of handmade pappardelle and focaccia in this episode. Poor Steve was so pasta drunk he couldn’t even drive home when we were done with this menu. He took a longer nap after this episode than my newborn child. Basta, my friends, basta! Burger or Chopped Cheese? Either Way, Enrico’s Nails It Is it chopped cheese or a burger sandwich? Either way, we like it! It is a heavy sandwich though so you have been warned! New guest alert; Trevor Tharpe joins me at the table at Enrico's Deli and Pizzeria. The sun is shining, the patio is open, and the flavors are as big as the city they come from. Enrico's has something for everyone and odds are it's either made in house or imported straight from New York. From pastrami that is piled higher than the Empire State Building, to pizza by the slice, you will feel like you're in Times Square after every bite. On top of the deli and pizzeria they have housemade pastas, Stromboli's, salads, wings that aren't looking up at anyone, sides, and desserts complete this menu that was truly a joy to eat. I honestly wish I had been in a track suite to match the vibe that 'Hot Take Trevor' brought to the table. He's a veteran of cuisine and understood the assignment. A joy of an episode and menu that kicked spring off the right way!
