The Black Acceleration Initiative is rooted in our commitment to empowering the next generation of Black-owned businesses. We recognize the unique challenges and barriers faced by Black entrepreneurs, and we are intentional in providing meaningful resources, support, and guidance to fuel their growth. Through dedicated mentorship and strategic communications support, BAI equips founders with the tools, insights, and access needed to scale and advance Black-owned businesses.   This year, five selected businesses will participate in a five-week cohort experience beginning with an immersive two-day workshop.
