These showroom setups can be surprisingly deceiving too. Everything looks decent under those strategically placed spotlights, but the moment you get it home, it’s like watching a catfish reveal itself after the dating app filters come off. The dirt, the oils, and the stain are still in there. The powder is too fine to vacuum back out. It sinks to the base of the pile and grinds against the fibres every time you walk on it.
