bc everyone deserves their best self <3 🎀✨ I used to hide behind a genetically high-metabolism and being ‘slim’, using it as an excuse to not being fit. But in reality I was just lazy, had an unhealthy lifestyle and wasn’t looking after my body! Pilates has helped me fall back in loveee with fitness and I feel more mentally strong now - even more noticeably so than physically - than I ever have before. If you’re nervous to begin your workout journey alone, Pilates classes are a great way to start 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨🫶🏽 They are always full of the loveliest girls and instructors who help motivate you to do your best and show up for yourself every single day <3
