An all-star experience for our champion Aly ⚾
After overcoming a devastating spinal cord injury during gymnastics practice in October 2024, Aly had an opportunity to join @knightsbaseball for a well-deserved night of celebration of her incredible comeback from what initially felt like a setback. As the winner of the Atrium Health Levine Children’s youth jersey design contest, Aly’s jersey was proudly worn by the team during their game, with 1,500 youth replicas given away to fans. From arriving in style with some of her closest friends and supporters to throwing the first pitch, Aly was the star of the show.
Aly, your story is an incredible reminder of how perseverance can help overcome even the toughest obstacles.💙
