Baby Snack Recipe 🫐 Blueberry Oat Bars - easy, quick to make, and you can swap the fruit each week for a new flavor. Ingredients: • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup oats • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes • 2 ripe bananas • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter • 1/4 cup fruit of choice (we used blueberries) Directions: Grease an 8x8 pan with coconut oil. Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes. Soft, naturally sweet, and perfect for easy snack time.
