I guess you can say this is day 71 of trying to retire my wife. And recently, God put something on my heart. What does my wife being retired actually look like for her? Sure we can look forward to her resting her feet, laying back on the couch, finally reading that book she’s been trying to get to for a few months — all those things are great.. But I was reminded that true rest comes from the Lord. And what better way than to create a dedicated space for her to be able to do that without any distractions or disruptions. She’s always had areas of the house where she could read/journal and pray but it wasn’t her space. So I decided transform this room in our basement we’ve used as random storage over the years and finally give her that space she can call her own. This is her war room. I want her retiring to look like coming down here at any time of the day to spend time with God and just be in His presence. To be that little girl. His precious daughter whom He adores. And to give her one more thing to look forward to as she learns to lay her burdens down. And the best part is I didn’t have to buy anything new to do this, I just gathered what I found around the house and it came together better than I expected 😌 Stay tuned for her reaction in part 2 ☺️🙌🏼 @kathlynceleste and also, in case you missed it… after 2 years of writing, we released our first book with the Lord called “Relentless Prayers for Your Child” (the book shown in this video) it’s a War Plan of Declarations and Scripture Based Prayers to Transform Your Child’s Life. If you want me to send you the link to add it to your daily prayers, comment RELENTLESS and I’ll send it to you🥹🙏🏼

POV: Waiting 9 months to find out the gender of our 5th baby🥹🫶🏽 Everyone would tell me the reason why this pregnancy was different and healthy was because this baby must have been a girl. So, I said to God… this must be a boy so you can prove yourself as a deliverer, because no one will try to take your glory away from this testimony, Lord. YOU healed me, not because the baby is a different gender so my body reacted differently. YOU will get the glory, Lord😭 So, I felt that in my heart, but we still waited… I told everyone for months that I didn’t want anyone to look for the gender or announce it as soon as baby was born. I wanted it to be special and to soak in every moment and love on my baby no matter who they were. Those 20 minutes after birth, I took it all in. Kissed them all over, thanked God over and over again, took in their smell, and fell in love with the sound of their cry. I told my baby I loved them 100 times.. not because they were my first girl or fifth boy. But because they were mine, hand picked for me by God. My deliverance baby, the one who showed me God’s power as my Healer & Deliverer and my strength. 😭😭 We love you so, so much baby. Our family wasn’t complete until we met you. God is so, so, soooo good! Thank you Lord for trusting us, again and again🥹 (Full birth story & vlog on my YouTube: Kathlyn Celeste, or linked in my bio🫶🏽) #genderreveal #birthgenderreveal #homebirthmom #surprisegenderbirth

just your typical Xmas morning custody battle🤣 I bought him this baby doll last year to prepare him for his little baby sibling that was on the way. I just didn’t clarify that when I posted since I didn’t share the pregnancy at all lol. So some people were catastrophically upset about this gift 🤪 but I’ll say the babydoll was the best, most used gift all year lol. Plus it prepared him to be such a great big brother🥹🥲 so this is your sign to buy the baby doll. I guess this is what raising future great dads looks like 🥹 And I’m fully in my ✨grandma era✨I love it here!😂🫶🏽

We really just been hiding in plain sight, and loving every minute of it🤭 as a mom of 5, I 10/10 recommend not sharing your pregnancy until you’re ready, even if it’s not until baby’s born.. it’s a fun challenge lol. My job as a content creator made me feel a weird pressure like i eventually had to share because of my huge belly, fat face and pregnancy nose🤥🐽🤣 . I knew I had a testimony to share but didn’t like that i felt that “pressure” that comes with being on social media as a job. The weird “expectation” of having to share every part of your life.. especially the strange conversations about the pregnancy brand deals I’d be “missing out on” if I didn’t share🫠 as if I’m here making babies for money??😵‍💫 Such a weird time we live in. every time i talked to God about if He wanted me to share it, He said no🤷🏽‍♀️ and I loved it lol. Lots of people messaged me calling me fat and told me to start working out but ya know, who cares😂 i enjoyed every bit of my pregnancy offline and the surprised shocks when people in person saw me with a big ol’ belly. Or when I showed up at church with 5 kids and even a year later people thought I was watching someone else’s baby🤣 It’s been a timeee😂 truly, highly recommend 🤭🫶🏽 grateful to finally be sharing it with our internet fam on here who love & support us… you guys mean so much to us and I’m sorry I kept the secret for so long.🥹🫶🏽

God told me to hide my pregnancy but I had no idea I’d wait 2 whole years to share lol. Every time I asked God about it, He made it so clear – “not yet”. He would bring specific bible verses to my spirit every time I asked. He showed me one I’d never read before, 2 Chronicles 22:12: the baby remained hidden with them at the temple of God for 6 years” …for God’s protection. I was like, wait Lord, 6 years?! 😂 The timing wasn’t literal for me, but it was so clear God wanted us to keep this quiet. Then the story of Moses being hidden by his mother for 3 months (Exodus 2), kept safe until God’s timing was right. And then God brought me to Luke 1:20–22, about how Zechariah didn’t have enough faith to believe his wife could conceive. God literally SILENCED him & made him MUTE until their baby (John the Baptist) was born! 🤯 Because God knew he would unintentionally curse his baby in the womb with his doubt, lack of faith & fear. That’s where God made it so clear, as much as I wanted to scream from the rooftops about how He healed me with a pregnancy free from #HG, we couldn’t give the enemy a chance to curse my womb, my baby, or my birth with the words of anyone. Even people who mean well, will come against the miracles you’re believing God for without even realizing it. My OBGYN told me I shouldn’t plan a home birth & her literal words were: “you don’t want to worry about who’s gunna take care of your four kids forever because you don’t make it through the birth” Can you imagine?!🤯 So we rebuked all word curses & I stayed hidden—not out of fear, but out of obedience. Because sometimes God hides things to protect them. Mama, trust God’s plan, and if He leads you to keep quiet, know it’s for a purpose. His ways are not our ways & His glory will shine through your testimony. When He leads you to share, it will be so evident of His love and faithfulness in your life, in Jesus’ name! ✨💛 would you consider hiding your pregnancy?🫶🏽

This is why it's so important to spend time with the Lord, and to give Him room to speak. Because He will. There's really no better feeling than seeing your spouse come to life when God leads you to do something for them. One of my prayers is, "God, help me to see my wife as you see her.." and I believe this is one of those moments where He allowed me to see her in that very way. His little girl. His precious daughter who wants nothing more than to be in the presence of her Heavenly Father. What an honor it is to be trusted with her heart. I may not get it right all the time. I may let her down at times. But God redeems all of it. He's teaching me, through those harder lessons, how to love His daughter. I saw a comment in the initial post that said "But did she thank YOU though" - yes, she did.. (countless off camera and still does daily) but it's not about me. I did this for her, and for her relationship with The Lord. I just had the privilege of being a vessel for The Lord to bring her the joy she has been praying and believing for. So even if she didn't verbally communicate it, I know that her heart is pleased. I can rest knowing that she has her safe, secret place to continue pursuing The Lord and warring for our family as she has been doing all along. That is more fulfilling than a thank you. I'm so moved by so many of your comments, and I pray that you're encouraged to keep seeking The Lord. He loves all of you, deeply. My heart is full 🤍 (The full video is over 10 minutes of her crying and worshipping, but I think this short clip will suffice lol)

The life hack is marrying a man of God 🤏🏾😘 A man who loves you sacrificially, wholeheartedly, and like Christ. A husband who truly sees you as a hand-picked gift from God & treats you as such. A man who loves relieving your burdens and being your safe place. Not only does he make life easier and sweeter for me, but he actively trains the kids to treat me the same way! 😂 They will literally compete with their dad on who compliments me the most, chase after opening my doors & spoiling me with love all day. I’m grateful our boys get to witness what a godly marriage looks like and how to love their future wives. Sean and I didn’t grow up witnessing marriage and no one taught us how to be a good husband or wife… so the fruit of this is truly the work of the Holy Spirit teaching us every step of the way😭 If you’re praying for marriage, my advice is: please, don’t settle.. and know your IDENTITY in Christ. Because when you know how Jesus loves you as a daughter of GOD, you wouldn’t dare settle. And if I can say it straight up like I do to the teen girls I talk to lol… Don’t pick the guy that’s “fineee” and thinks HE’S the gift. GIRL, PLEASE DON’T. YOU👏🏽 ARE👏🏽 THE👏🏽 GIFT! Genesis 2:18 , Proverbs 18:22, & Proverbs 31:10 make that CLEAR, okayyy?! If you’re waiting for marriage, here are a few things to look for: 💛Loves you like Jesus, with actions, not just words 💛a man who has a REAL relationship with Jesus that goes beyond just church on Sundays & surface level Christianity. (don’t let him having a bible with highlights bamboozle you hunny, he’s gotta KNOW Jesus to actually love you like Jesus.) 💛 A man who sees you as God’s hand-picked gift & treats you as such. 💛 A husband who loves sacrificially, even in the small everyday ways & has a servant’s heart. 💛 Someone who uplifts & honors you privately & publicly 💛 A man who can lead you with respect, kindness, and love & has a godly vision for your family Marriage is better when both of you are striving to love like Christ…and when you marry your favorite person, oh my gosh even the hardest days are the best days of your life. Thank you for making life so sweet @crualxndr🥹🩵 #godlymarriage

You guys saw the intimate recap, but I had to share the real moments in between of how the day really went 🤭 God answered EVERY prayer😭 I asked for: • labor under 2 hrs • both little ones sleeping • not during school hours so our older boys & fam could be there • peaceful, easy, pain-free • no pushing & for baby to slide out on his own • no tearing/stitches …and God did all of it!😭 The doctors wanted me to schedule an induction or c-section since there was “no progress,” but I knew God was writing this story, so we asked Him to start labor before that next appt. So we prayed & made sure I was in a peaceful atmosphere of worship with Sean so my oxytocin would rise & contractions would start. (Mamas, this is KEY. Oxytocin is the same love hormone that gets baby IN there & the same hormone that gets baby OUT… so love on your mannn lol) From there everything happened sooo fast. I praise God for it all 😭 [So many moms asked for our affirmation cards, so comment CARDS & I’ll DM them 💛] This is my 5th birth, but 3rd home/water birth. If you’re believing for a pain-free, peaceful birth, trust God for it. Don’t just hope… declare it & do the action steps to prepare for it. With my first 2, I didn’t understand what my body was going through when it was contracting, so the unknown turned to fear, which turned into pain. By my 3rd birth, I was believing God for a supernatural, redemptive experience. I watched the pain-free childbirth course from @painfreebirth & it changed everything!! It helped me understand what my body was doing, what it needed, & how God designed birth without pain. I thank God for this resource!! I also read/listened to “Supernatural Childbirth” constantly—shower, bedtime, everything. After a few weeks, there was NO way I could believe a pain-free birth wasn’t possible. I was convinced. Along with the @christianhypnobirthing app, it helped silence all the lies the world tells about childbirth!🥲 Those are the tools God used to give us 3 back-to-back fast, pain-free, supernatural birth testimonies. And I’m praying you get to experience it too🥲🙏🏽 comment LINKS & I’ll send you everything I mentioned for your birth🫶🏽

Maybe now when people see us with our blonde baby they won’t ask if we adopted him🤣 cause “Back then they didn’t know us, now we hot they ALL on us!” 🤪🇨🇻 Our whole lives we’ve been confused for Dominican and we gotta pull out a map to show people Cape Verde and explain why we’re African lol. We’re a small country but SO big in love and unity. Our beautiful people come in all different shades! This World Cup has brought us closer than ever and put us on the World stage where people are finally recognizing the beauty of our home 🥹 Love seeing how the world has fallen in love with our beautiful people, and get to see our resilience, strength and our faith in God, no matter what 1% chance they say we have. 1% in God’s hands, is moreeee than enough for VICTORY!!🙏🏽 Comment “SHOP” and I’ll send you the link to the shirts! we won the hearts of the world🇨🇻🥲🩵 Most viewed World Cup game in history, and the world got to witness our country’s faith, strength, resilience, and love. Our team started the World Cup games unknown by the world, and they said we had a 1% chance. 1% chance. But 100% of faith in God that anything was possible. Last night they played the #1 team in the world and our men gave Argentina the fight of their life and pushed them to their limits. Argentina had to try to SURVIVE getting past our Tubarões Azuis (Blue Sharks) 🦈 And we’re SO INCREDIBLY PROUD OF OUR TEAM😭. this moment right here will be a core memory for all of us. We didn’t just watch a game. We watched a tiny island nation make the world hold its breath. Do you understand what that means for a country they used to leave off maps? For the kids who grew up having to explain where we’re from? For every Cabo Verdeano who has ever felt unseen, underestimated, too small, too far, too forgotten? We may not have walked away with the win on paper… but make no mistake…the world knows our name now. Our boys fought with heart. Our people cried, screamed, prayed, believed. And for every Cape Verdean watching from the islands, from Boston, from Brockton, from New Bedford, from Rhode Island, from Portugal, from every corner of the diaspora… this was bigger than soccer. This was history. This was faith. This was “odja undi nu anda.” Look how far we’ve come.🩵😭 🇨🇻 #caboverde #capeverde #capeverdean

I don’t know if every dog is like this… or if it’s just golden doodles… or if it’s because I’m the only girl in a house of 6 boys.. or because he’s watched me birth 3 babies at home and feels like he has to protect me and watch my every move to make sure I don’t pop another one out 🤣 but the soundtrack to my life is the sound of his nails clicking on my floors. ALL. DAY. LONG😂 if I leave the house for the day, he will wait at the door for me the ENTIRE TIME and won’t eat his food or drink his water until I get home. But doesn’t act that way with anyone else so I think it must be because I’m the only woman in his life lol. any advice to help with the anxiety of being away from me?!🫶🏽

my wife pulled up and within seconds our son Avery ran to the door to great her and save her from the rain. it showed me how powerful “more is caught, then taught” really is. We’re preparing them for our future daughter-in-loves and raising who raises our grandkids and that’s one of my greatest honors.. and also so humbling. My sons are gonna be husbands one day. Maybe fathers to daughters too. The way they treat a woman is gonna be built off what they see me do, not what I said, but what I did. I don’t want them doing these things because I told them to. I want them to do it because they observe the way I serve her, the way I treat her, the way I respond to her. Seeing moments like this shows me how impactful it is. I didn’t have to ask him to jump up and go get her from the rain. He decided to do that on his own before I could even think of it. Such a beautiful thing to see. As God is teaching me how to raise and take care of His daughter, my sons are learning how they’ll do it for their wives one day. So I can’t just talk about loving my wife well. I have to live it in front of them every single day, because they’re always watching, even when I don’t realize it. Show them what it looks like to fight for their marriage. Show them what it looks like to serve in their marriage. Show them what it looks like to pray over their marriage. Because one day, it’ll be the most important thing they do.

the secret is finally out🥹🫶🏽 What an honor it is that God would let me be the first place my babies ever called home.💛 Most of you know all four of my previous pregnancies came with an intense health condition called #HG that had me bedridden & in and out of the hospital throughout the whole pregnancy, every time. This time, God told me He delivered me from that disease before I even knew I was pregnant.😭 I’ve experienced God as a deliverer, healer and redeemer in this pregnancy and it’s been the most beautiful journey. God’s faithfulness is beyond any words I can form, but Lord, we thank you!😭 thank you sooo much to @myflyingdresscancun for capturing the most beautiful family memories for us🥹🫶🏽 we are soooo grateful ___ Pregnancy announcement, pregnancy reveal

when your spouse’s love language is physical touch and all they need is a hug to recharge 🥹❣️ Sean has always made it clear that a random hug, kiss on the neck or rub on the back as I walk by him, any type of physical touch from me just does it for him. So, when we’re deep in the trenches of the nighttime routine, the busiest time of the day, where it’s non stop after the kids’ sports & homework, dinner prep, maintaining the home, bath times, and sometimes work deadlines… this hug means EVERYTHING. Not just to him, but me too🥹. When the world feels overwhelming, a simple hug just resets us. It doesn’t matter how crazy it gets, being wrapped in each other’s arms is our safe place. And for him, my physical touch lover, sometimes this is all it takes to remind him that he’s seen, appreciated, needed, loved, and we’re in this together — no matter how hectic life gets. It’s the little things, like speaking each other’s love languages, that help us stay grounded and strong together. So as you’re reading this, put your phone down and go give a long, loving hug to your spouse.🥰 Do you know your partner’s love language? If so, what’s theirs or what is yours?👀

not to be dramatic but this was the easiest home upgrade we’ve ever done… because under 25 minutes for a gallery wall?! And during nap time? No hammering, no holes, and I can’t play around and move them wherever? I promise I’m putting in a new order as we speak😂 @mixtiles has ya girl’s heart. The quality is amazing and this is honestly the best gift idea too! Comment FRAME and I’ll send you the link to order!  Our frames are size 20x27, in case you’re wondering🫶🏽

I prayed for years for God to turn my husband’s heart toward Him. Comment REVIVAL below and I’ll DM you a biblical prayer to declare over your husband or spouse whose heart isn’t fully surrendered to God yet. Because sis, covering him in prayer isn’t a small thing. It’s a declaration of war. Relentlessly pray. Speak God’s Word out loud and boldly. Speak it even when you don’t feel it yet. Faith isn’t waiting until you see it. It’s declaring it until you do. When I first came to Jesus and my life completely transformed, Sean understood but didn’t feel the need for it himself. After years of praying fervently, he started going to church, doing the Christian routine, but there was no real relationship with the Lord. There were seasons where I felt the weight of being the only one spiritually carrying our home. I grew weary. I felt resentful sometimes and had to choose forgiveness over and over even when I didn’t feel like it. I anointed his head with oil as he slept. I prayed and fasted and cried out to God more times than I can count. But I didn’t give up. I sought the Lord, He heard, and He answered. My husband doesn’t just know God today. He loves God. He leads our home with faith and intention and loves me the way Jesus loves the church. And I get to be loved by a man who truly knows God and HEARS from Him, so he knows how to care for us🥲 Every hard year was worth it. Every hard prayer was worth it. That’s why I wrote this prayer for you. Every declaration in it is rooted in Scripture. When you speak it out loud you’re not just hoping. You’re warring. You’re standing in the gap and declaring what God already said is possible. Comment REVIVAL and I’ll send it to your DMs. Pray it daily. Pray it when you feel it and especially when you don’t. Not one prayer you’ve prayed over your husband has been wasted. Don’t give up on him. God hasn’t. 🤍
