Reinterpreting light together 💫    IKEA and Sabine Marcelis proudly present our reimagined, iconic VARMBLIXT donut and pendant lamps, now with a smart upgrade.    Keeping the same recognisable sculptural forms, the updated VARMBLIXT lamps enhance a home’s atmosphere by allowing you to experience customisable lighting. These new versions are built on the Matter standard, ensuring compatibility with smart home systems, and feature a matt finish that allows the light to glow softly, enhancing comfort and ambience.    The donut lamp offers 12 preset colour sequences, curated by Sabine, enabling you to choose different moods as the hues transition gradually between various light shades, and when connected to the IKEA Home Smart app, you can explore the whole colour spectrum. The pendant lamp focuses on the nuances of white light, smoothly shifting from crisp white to a warm, candle-like glow, allowing one to explore lighting more freely.   IKEA and Sabine are continuing their collaboration and will launch another collection in 2027, focusing on new interpretations of light.   The new VARMBLIXT launches in April.
