Homes have been swept away, families displaced, roads and railways shut down, and access to food, water, and medical care has become incredibly difficult, especially for those in the centre of the island where the disaster is at its worst. And yet… the amount of love, support, and kindness I’ve seen here during these heartbreaking days has been so moving. People helping strangers. Communities standing together. It’s a reminder of how strong and caring humans can be❤️ If you’re in Sri Lanka, there are donation boxes, community stalls, and local relief efforts set up all across the country.
