This granita has my taste buds convinced I’m in Sicily, even if my view says otherwise :) Sicilian Peaches + Cream Granita: - 6 ripe peaches, pitted, sliced and frozen overnight - Juice of 1 lemon - 5 tbsp powdered sugar Instructions: Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth using a high speed blender. Transfer to a container and freeze overnight. Prior to serving, allot granita to thaw until slightly firm but still scoopable. Mascarpone Whipped Panna: - 1/2 cup mascarpone - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk with a stand mixer or hand mixer until light, fluffy, and thick. To serve, layer the mascarpone panna and granita in a small glass and enjoy!

Crispy breakfast wrap my way with @instacart. Full recipe in the caption 🖤🖤🖤 Full ingredient list • 4 large eggs • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese • Freshly ground black pepper • 2 large flour tortillas • 1 avocado, sliced or mashed • 1 cup smashed potato chips • 1/2 cup sour cream • 2 tbsp hot sauce • 1 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil • Salt and pepper to taste Preparation In a medium pan, add oil and season and scramble the eggs to your desired doneness. Lay the large tortilla flat. Layer the eggs, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and potato chips. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully fold the edges of the large tortilla towards the center, pleating as you go, to create a hexagon shape. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down in a hot skillet over medium heat. Make the dipping sauce by combining the sour cream and hot sauce. Set aside. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp, pressing down gently with a spatula to seal. Take off heat, serve with spicy sour cream and Devour! #InstacartPartner

Elixir’s three ways with @instacart. 🍹Fruit Punch: 6 oz coconut water 3 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice 2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice 1 oz lemon juice pinch of Celtic salt Mix all the ingredients and transfer to a glass drink bottle with a lid. Can last for 3-5 days. 🍵Matcha Mint: 1/4 cup French mint leaves 1 tsp matcha powder 6 oz water 4 oz coconut water 1 oz lemon juice 2 oz honey or agave pinch of salt Place the leaves in a teapot, French press, or mug. Pour boiling water over the leaves. Cover and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired strength. Strain the tea leaves into a glass bottle water. Make your matcha by mixing it with 1 tablespoon of matcha until well incorporated. Add the matcha tea, coconut water, lemon juice, honey and salt to the bottled water. Place the lid and shake until very well incorporated. Refrigerate for up to 3 day. Shake very well before drinking. 💧Electrolyte water 12 oz water pinch of Celtic salt Combine the water and salt in a glass water bottle. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. #instacartpartner
