Mini Meatball Subs- the perfect appetizer for game day! These take just 15 minutes to make. I used @impossible Homestyle Meatballs which take as little as 2 minutes to make. They’re made from plants and have the best taste and texture! Plus they’re packed with 12g of protein per serving, making each of these little subs protein packed, and are a must make addition to your game day spread! #ImpossibleFoodsPartner Ingredients: 4 sandwich rolls, each sliced into 3 mini pieces 12 @impossible Homestyle Meatballs ½ cup marinara sauce of choice 4 cheese sticks of choice, cut into 3 pieces each Topping: ¼ cup butter, melted 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt 1/2 tsp basil Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F Cook your Impossible Meatballs according to package instructions In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt, and basil Grease a baking dish and add in the sandwich bread Assemble the subs by adding a meatball, ⅓ cheese stick, and spoonful of marinara sauce. Repeat for each mini sub Brush all of the subs with the butter mixture Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted and the bread is nice and toasted. Serve and enjoy! #appetizers #biggame #footballappetizers #easyrecipes

Hot Honey @impossible_foods Chicken Nuggets are incredibly delicious and crispy. See recipe below to make it at home Recipe: Air fryer Impossible Chicken Nuggets: Heat air fryer at 350F Air fry 5 nuggets for 7 minutes 10 nuggets for 8 minutes Hot Honey Ingredients: 1 cup honey (use a good quality wildflower or clover honey) 1 tablespoon chili oil 1 teaspoon avocado oil 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level) Optional but awesome: a small pinch of salt or smoked paprika for depth Instructions: Warm it up: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, chili oil, and avocado oil over low heat. Don’t let it boil — just warm it until it loosens up (about 2–3 minutes). Add the spice: Stir in the chili powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Let it gently infuse for another 2–3 minutes, stirring often. Infuse & rest: Turn off the heat and let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes so the flavors deepen. Strain (optional): If you prefer a smooth hot honey, strain out the pepper flakes. If you like it rustic, leave them in for extra kick and texture.
