• 1 cup ice

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Baileys Cookies & Creamy Non-Dairy Liqueur made with Oat Milk
• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur made with Oat Milk
•  A pinch of sea salt
• 2 sandwich creme cookies

Start by brewing your espresso. While that’s brewing, add the ice, oat milk, both Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueurs made with Oat Milk, caramel sauce (if using), sandwich creme cookies, and sea salt to your blender and blend until smooth. Once blended, pour into your glass and top with your shot of espresso.

Hojicha Earl Grey Milk Tea — 1 serving
• 2 earl grey tea bags
• 2 oz (60 ml) hot water

• 2-3 strawberries, diced 
• hojicha simple syrup, to taste (I used 2 tbsp)
• 8 oz (240 ml) milk of choice

Hōjicha Simple Syrup — yields 8oz
• 2 hojicha tea bags
• 4 oz (120 ml) hot water 
• 1/2 cup sugar (I used white granulated)

Start by adding your earl grey tea bags and hot water to a small cup and let steep for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool. To assemble, add your ice, strawberries, and hojicha syrup to your glass then add in your milk (frothed, if you like!) and top with your earl grey tea shot.  Stir + enjoy!

HŌJICHA SIMPLE SYRUP:
Start by combining your hojicha tea bags with hot water and letting them steep for 5 minutes. Once steeped, remove tea bags and add your sugar and stir until all of the sugar has dissolved. Let cool, then store in an airtight container for 2 weeks.

Double tea lattes have stayed my obsession and I’m not stopping now. What other double tea lattes should I try next?

Earl Grey Thai Tea Milk Tea — 1 serving
• 2 thai tea bags
• 2 oz (60 ml) hot water 
• ice
• earl grey simple syrup, to taste (I used 2 tbsp)
• 8 oz (240 ml) milk of choice

Start by adding your Thai tea bags to hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes. To assemble, add your ice, earl grey syrup, and frothed milk to your glass. Then, add your Thai tea shot to your glass. Stir + enjoy!

EARL GREY SIMPLE SYRUP:

Top with your toasted coconut sweet cream and garnish with some toasted coconut. Stir & enjoy!

Toasted Coconut Syrup:
If your coconut isn’t already toasted, you can either put it in the oven in the “Broil” setting it for 1-2 minutes (keep an eye on it!) or toast it in your pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Then, add in your sugar, water, and sea salt to your small saucepan and heat on medium-high until it comes to a boil, stirring often. Next, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Once simmered, strain into an airtight container, let it cool and store in the fridge for up to 1 month. It’s normal for coconut oil to solidify on top as the syrup sits. You can save that to use for other things or just toss it!

chocolate coconut cloud ☁️🍫 the coconut cloud latte but make it CHOCOLATE flavor! this tasted like chocolate milk, but lighter & more refreshing. this is a must-try & soooo chuggable. be on the lookout for the next edition of the coconut cloud series with chocolate and a shot of espresso 🫠😉

ingredients — 1 serving
• 1 oz (30 ml) heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder*
• sweetener of choice, to taste (I used agave)
• ice
• 8 oz (240 ml) coconut water

*you can substitute the unsweetened cocoa powder & sweetener for 1-2 tbsp chocolate sauce. 

how to make it:
1. add your heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder or chocolate sauce, sweetener (if using), vanilla extract and heavy cream to a small bowl or cup and froth for around 30-45 seconds.
2. add your ice and coconut water to your glass and top with your chocolate cloud cream.

It’s perfect to add to matchas, lattes + cocktails 🙂‍↕️ What would you add it to?

• 2 earl grey tea bags
• 4 oz (120 ml) hot water 
• 1/2 cup sugar (I used white granulated)

Start by combining your earl grey tea bags with hot water and letting them steep for 5 minutes. Once steeped, remove tea bags and add your sugar and stir until all of the sugar has dissolved. Let cool, then store in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
