SEQUENCE SEQUENCE SEQUENCE! Velo doesn’t come from effort, it comes from correct order Grateful for @ogxsoftball for teaching me proper sequence! Now it’s up to me to figure out how to get my body there. And plyos help me do that! Plyo ball work is beautiful for this.. the load changes the tempo so I can train my sequence. Plyos are where I rebuild patterns! Not power. & remember, clean reps create fast reps 😉

A small change in arm path can throw off everything. When arm path breaks down, trunk-arm timing gets disrupted and energy does not transfer efficiently. That means less velocity, less command, and inconsistent performance.
