The easiest way to get a barista level pour over coffee at home. 
My wife and I use our xBloom all of the time and I can personally testify that this has changed the coffee game and quality in our household. I very rarely have the time to break out everything needed to make a pour over let alone dialing it in perfectly, so a machine like this comes in clutch, trust me! Link in my bio

This is a clarified latte… and it literally turns milk into something that looks like water. It sounds wrong, it looks wrong… but it actually works. The acidity from the citrus separates the milk, and once you filter it, you’re left with a completely clear drink that still tastes like a latte. Definitely not a quick recipe… but if you’ve got time, this is one of the coolest things you can try with coffee. Recipe: 18g espresso → 36g out Orange juice 40g Lemon juice 10g Vanilla syrup 1 oz Water 100g Pinch of salt Milk 120g Mix everything except milk, slowly pour over milk to curdle, stir lightly, then filter until clear.
