One of the best feelings ever…ice skating on a frozen lake in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. Back story: Two years ago, I went on a hike with my friend @tdegrng at Rocky Mountain National Park. We hiked a few miles into the mountains to a frozen lake. There we saw a guy ice skating. It looked so fun and freeing. Two years later, we went back. Thomas offered to carry my snow shovel as I carried my ice skate that @ccmhockey had sent me as a thank you for some photos I had taken for them. We cleared off some snow and did our thing. Thomas snapped some epic photos on his @canonusa R6 Mark ii while I skated around. It was so worth the effort. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend the time and effort it took to do it. ⛸️❄️📸🏔️
