Swapped my drip coffee for protein shaken lattes using @blackanddeckerappliances Semi-Auto Espresso Maker. Now, I’m no barista, but this machine makes it so simple, use grounds or ESE pods, fill the tank once and you’re good for the week, so there;s no more worrying if the machine is ready to brew.
My go-to is a double shot with protein milk, collagen, and a boiled egg plus a loaded banana with peanut butter + chia seeds for a total of 30g protein to keep me going as a busy mom.

SEA SALT HONEY PISTACHIO ICE CREAM | salty, creamy, and sweetened with honey!
Once I got my hands on the Black + Decker Perfect Pint Ice Cream Maker I knew this was the first recipe I wanted to make with it. This ice cream came out sooo rich and luscious I may just need to make it again this week…
1 3/4 c milk
1/4 c pistachio butter
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp xanthan gum
Flakey sea salt, for topping
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a measuring cup, making sure it’s well stirred.
2. Pour the mixture into your Perfect Pint, snap on the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
3. When ready to enjoy, use the Ice Cream function to spin your Perfect Pint and make delicious ice cream at home!
