Logano told Automotive News that Huntersville Ford is his hometown dealership and that he developed a relationship with its staff over the years by borrowing cars for marketing events and partnering to give away vehicles through his charity. Stellantis has hired more than 2,000 engineers in recent months, many of them tasked with quality, amid what Filosa calls a “deep reset” of the organization that began last year. Chief Quality Officer Sebastien Jacquet has a seat on the strategic leadership team, which Filosa said shows that quality is a priority.
