To honour his words, we will remain “Always Inspired” by Tom Matano, designer of the original MX-5 Miata and FD Mazda RX-7, who passed away on September 20 at age 76.
Known as the “Father of the Miata,” it’s impossible to overstate the influence Tom has had on generations of designers, automotive journalists and car enthusiasts worldwide. May he rest in peace.

Pour honorer sa mémoire, nous resterons « toujours inspirés » par Tom Matano, créateur de l’emblématique MX-5 Miata et de la Mazda RX-7 FD, décédé le 20 septembre à l’âge de 76 ans.
