Ingredients: 
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
8 slices hearty white bread
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
8 slices provolone cheese

Directions:
1. Stir cream cheese, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and 1/4 teaspoon salt together in a small bowl until well combined; set aside.

2. Stir mayonnaise, garlic, and remaining salt together in a separate bowl; set aside. 

3. Place 2 slices Cheddar cheese on each of 4 pieces of bread. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly among the 4 Cheddar-topped slices; top each with 2 slices provolone cheese. Add remaining bread slices on top.

4. Spread half of mayonnaise mixture evenly over tops of sandwiches.

5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet, mayonnaise side down. Spread the top of each sandwich with remaining mayonnaise  mixture.

6. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, flipping occasionally until cheese is melted and bread is well toasted.

Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) boneless turkey breast, such as Butterball®, with gravy packet
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup apple cider
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Remove gravy packet from turkey package and set aside. Leave netting around the turkey while cooking.

Season turkey all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning. Place seasoned turkey in a slow cooker.

Top with onion soup mix and cranberry sauce. Pour cider around turkey and cook on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

Remove netting with kitchen shears and let turkey rest while sauce is prepared.

Strain liquid from the slow cooker into a small saucepan; stir in reserved gravy packet and bring to a simmer.

In a small bowl whisk together 3 tablespoon cold water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until cornstarch is dissolved.  Whisk cornstarch mixture into gravy and simmer until thickened.

Slice turkey and serve with gravy.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
6 (6 inch) flour tortillas
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package Caesar salad mix
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Spread ground chicken evenly in a very thin layer over each tortilla, spreading the meat all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Chop lettuce (if pieces are large) into smaller pieces. Toss with included packets of dressing and cheese. Slightly crush croutons included in salad mix and set aside. 

Heat a griddle or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Spread half of the olive oil over the hot surface.  Working in 2 batches, place prepared tortillas, meat side down on griddle and cook, undisturbed, until meat is browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes. Flip, and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining tacos. 

Top tacos evenly with Caesar salad and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Fold in half and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
6 skinless, boneless chicken cutlets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). If using whole chicken breasts, cut them in half lengthwise to form 6 chicken cutlets. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a lightly greased  baking dish.

In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.  Spread mayonnaise mixture over in a thick layer evenly over the chicken and bake about 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Without removing the chicken from the oven, turn the oven temperature to Broil and cook until browned and bubbly on top, another 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and add sausage. Cook, stirring often, until sausage is browned and fat has rendered out, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and peppers and cook, stirring constantly until onion softens, about 4 minutes. Add potatoes and cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Add turnip greens, Hoppin’ John, diced tomatoes and green chiles, navy beans, water, and bouillon paste; stir to combine.

8 slices provolone cheese, halved
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef consomme

Directions: 
Preheat the oven’s broiler to Low Broil. Place 2 half slices cheese on each half of each roll. Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet.

Broil in the center of the oven until cheese is melted. 

Meanwhile, heat beef consomme, French onion soup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Add beef until just heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove roast beef from soup, allowing any excess liquid to drip back into the saucepan; divide meat evenly among hoagie rolls.

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 (4 inch) mini flour tortillas
2 tablespoons avocado or canola oil, plus more as needed
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons Sriracha or other hot sauce

Directions
Add pork, ginger, garlic, 1/2 of the green onions, 2 tablespoons cilantro, 1 cup slaw mix, 1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined. 

Spread pork mixture in a thin layer all the way to the edges of each tortilla and set aside. 

Combine remaining soy sauce with vinegar, sugar, water and hot sauce in a small bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Set aside. 

Working in batches in a large skillet or griddle, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Place tortillas, meat side down in the hot pan and cook, undisturbed, until browned and mostly cooked through, about 3 minutes. 1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (8.8 ounce) boxes Ritz Bits

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Heat until chocolate has melted and sauce is creamy, about 3 minutes.

Empty ritz bits into a bowl and pour chocolate sauce over the bits; toss to coat.

Add powdered sugar, cover the bowl and shake. Alternatively you can use a resealable bag.

Spread out bits on the prepared baking sheet and allow to cool.

Place cream cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparation. 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Slice butter into 12 slices. Place 2 slices vertically in 6 sections on the prepared baking sheet. Top each set of butter slices with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 

Slice partially frozen cream cheese into 12 slices. Set 2 slices side by side on top of brown sugar sections.

6 strips bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce, or to taste
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (such as Ro-Tel® Original)

1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced, or as needed for garnish

Directions:
Place bacon in a large cast iron skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until slightly crisp, about 7 minutes. Remove bacon slices to a paper towel-lined plate. When bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble roughly and set aside.

Add onion to the same skillet with bacon grease and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add ground beef. Cook and stir until beef is crumbly and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Lower heat to medium-low, and stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir in 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.

Break spaghetti noodles in half. Scatter over ground beef, making sure noodles are separated. Pour tomatoes with green chiles, fire-roasted tomatoes, and tomato sauce over noodles. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid and stir to combine the pasta and sauce. Smooth out mixture and scatter shredded cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Cover and let cheese melt, about 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions; serve immediately.

Ingredients:
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts 
1 (1 ounce packet) au jus mix 
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix 
12 jarred pepperoncini peppers, divided, or more to taste 
1/4 cup pepperoncini brine from the jar 
1 stick butter 
8 ounces cream cheese 
1 pound spaghetti 
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 
1/4 cup sliced green onions 

Directions
Gather all ingredients.

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle evenly with au jus and ranch seasonings. Place 6 peppers on top and pour in 1/4 cup pepper brine. Place stick of butter on top, cover, and cook on High for 2 hours 15 minutes. 

Uncover and add cream cheese. Replace the lid and continue to cook while pasta cooks, about 10 minutes. 

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain pasta. 

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred into bite-sized pieces. Remove peppers and chop into smaller pieces. Chop remaining peppers and add chicken and chopped peppers back to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined and creamy. 

Add in pasta and pasta water, along with 1 cup cheese. Stir until well combined. Top with remaining cheese and cover until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. 

Serve topped with green onions.
