4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
8 slices hearty white bread
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
8 slices provolone cheese
Directions:
1. Stir cream cheese, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and 1/4 teaspoon salt together in a small bowl until well combined; set aside.
2. Stir mayonnaise, garlic, and remaining salt together in a separate bowl; set aside.
3. Place 2 slices Cheddar cheese on each of 4 pieces of bread. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly among the 4 Cheddar-topped slices; top each with 2 slices provolone cheese. Add remaining bread slices on top.
4. Spread half of mayonnaise mixture evenly over tops of sandwiches.
5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet, mayonnaise side down. Spread the top of each sandwich with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
6. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, flipping occasionally until cheese is melted and bread is well toasted.

1 (3 pound) boneless turkey breast, such as Butterball®, with gravy packet
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup apple cider
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:
Remove gravy packet from turkey package and set aside. Leave netting around the turkey while cooking.
Season turkey all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning. Place seasoned turkey in a slow cooker.
Top with onion soup mix and cranberry sauce. Pour cider around turkey and cook on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
Remove netting with kitchen shears and let turkey rest while sauce is prepared.
Strain liquid from the slow cooker into a small saucepan; stir in reserved gravy packet and bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl whisk together 3 tablespoon cold water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until cornstarch is dissolved. Whisk cornstarch mixture into gravy and simmer until thickened.
Slice turkey and serve with gravy.

3/4 pound thinly sliced roast beef
Directions:
Preheat the oven’s broiler to Low Broil. Place 2 half slices cheese on each half of each roll. Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet.
Broil in the center of the oven until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, heat beef consomme, French onion soup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Add beef until just heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove roast beef from soup, allowing any excess liquid to drip back into the saucepan; divide meat evenly among hoagie rolls.
Divide soup into 4 dipping bowls and serve sandwiches with jus.

Directions:

6 ounces cream cheese

1 sheet puff pastry
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon milk, plus more as needed
Directions:
Place cream cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparation.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice butter into 12 slices. Place 2 slices vertically in 6 sections on the prepared baking sheet. Top each set of butter slices with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Slice partially frozen cream cheese into 12 slices. Set 2 slices side by side on top of brown sugar sections.
Lightly roll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Press pastry around each mound of cream cheese mixture, pressing slightly down on the cream cheese. Use a fork to crimp the edges of each pastry. Brush pastries with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and flaky, 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before carefully turning over.
Meanwhile, whisk together confectioner’s sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle desired amount of icing over pastries.

6 strips bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce, or to taste
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (such as Ro-Tel® Original)
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced, or as needed for garnish
Directions:
Place bacon in a large cast iron skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until slightly crisp, about 7 minutes. Remove bacon slices to a paper towel-lined plate. When bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble roughly and set aside.
Add onion to the same skillet with bacon grease and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add ground beef. Cook and stir until beef is crumbly and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Lower heat to medium-low, and stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir in 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.
Break spaghetti noodles in half. Scatter over ground beef, making sure noodles are separated. Pour tomatoes with green chiles, fire-roasted tomatoes, and tomato sauce over noodles. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir to combine the pasta and sauce. Smooth out mixture and scatter shredded cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Cover and let cheese melt, about 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions; serve immediately.

12 slices soft rye bread
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 pound very thinly sliced corned beef
3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained very well
1/4 cup butter, melted, plus more if needed
1 cup thousand island dressing
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Directions:
Place bread slices on a work surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread on both sides so that the bread slice becomes smooth and very thin.
Place about 2 tablespoons cheese over each bread slice and top with a thin layer of corned beef.
Use a paper towel to press and absorb any excess moisture from sauerkraut; add about 1 tablespoon sauerkraut to each slice, and spread evenly over corned beef.
From the short side of the bread slice, roll bread tightly around filling, taking care not to tear the bread. Place the roll seam-side down and set aside while preparing remaining rolls with remaining ingredients. Brush each roll with melted butter.
Air fry rolls at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until toasted, golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes.
Stir dressing and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Serve Reuben rolls with more hot sauce for dipping.

3 pounds gold potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped

1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 pound fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
Add potatoes and chopped onion to the bottom of a slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Layer the sliced smoked sausage and green beans on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and garlic powder. Place pieces of butter evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on Low until potatoes are tender and everything is well flavored, 6 to 7 hours, stirring a few times throughout the process and just before serving. Serve warm.

1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

2 (28 ounce) cans baked beans, partially drained
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
2 teaspoons barbecue rub seasoning
Directions:
Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add sausage. Cook, crumbling with a spoon until browned and fat has rendered out.
Add onion, bell pepper, and salt to the sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables have softened.
Add baked beans, apple pie filling, barbecue sauce, yellow mustard Worcestershire, hot sauce, and barbecue rub seasoning, and stir to combine. Use a spoon to break up the apple pieces a bit. Bring mixture to a simmer, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in ¾” inch pieces
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 cup green enchilada sauce or tomatillo salsa, divided
1 can pinto beans, drained
2 tablespoons melted butter
8 6-inch flour tortillas
2 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Shredded lettuce and any other desired toppings
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces well with garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin.
Add chicken to hot skillet and cook, undisturbed until browned and easily releases from the pan, 3-4 minutes.
Add onion and stir chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 more minutes. Add 2/3 cup salsa and beans and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat slightly and cook, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened and creamy, about 5 minutes.
Brush sides and bottom of an 11 x 7 baking pan or baking dish with butter. Working with 1 tortilla at a time, use remaining butter to brush one side of each tortilla and place in dish. Place about 1 tablespoons of cheese in bottom of the tortilla and top with about 1/3 cup filling and a couple more tablespoons of cheese. Fold tortilla up like a taco and place it against the edge of the pan.
Place a second buttered tortilla against the next one and top with cheese and filling. Fold in half and repeat with remaining tortillas, filling and cheese to fill the baking dish with side by side tacos. Top with any remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until tops of each tortilla are golden brown and toasted and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Meanwhile, stir together remaining salsa with sour cream until well combined.
Top with lettuce just before serving and serve topped with sour cream sauce.

1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir rice, French onion soup, beef consomme, and portobello mushrooms together in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with 3/4 cup of the cheese and add butter pieces on top.
Season chicken evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and place on top of cheese and butter. Top with remaining cheese and cover dish with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until top is golden brown, liquid has been absorbed into the rice, and chicken is cooked through, about 20 more minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
