Took a solo trip this New Year with Teo to Kauai. It was our second time staying at @1hotel.hanaleibay. We slept together every day, and I woke up each morning to, “Mama, I love you so much.” We slept in, ate so much, and hung out with my girlfriends and our kids. It’s so important to have non-toxic mom friends you can travel with. I’ve always complained about the U.S. not having chic, kid-friendly hotels, but we love it here. It’s amazing to bring kids and still be able to relax and have adult time right by the beach. So grateful this is how I get to start my New Year. Let’s go, 2026 ✨

Somehow we pulled off another dinosaur-themed birthday for Teo! 🦖 The biggest challenge was making it entertaining for 40+ kids while keeping it somewhat stress-free for the parents. We used @minted for all of our stationery and set up different stations and activities for the kids, including a giant bounce house. Sensory art tables where they could create their own dinosaur island, a claw machine so kids could win their own prizes instead of traditional goodie bags, face painting, a fruit cart, and more. I had so much fun planning this birthday party! I’d love to be a kid’s birthday planner 😂 Also, Teo had an ‘active’ volcano dinosaur cake! 🎂 P.S. all our signs and stickers are from @minted and they’re offering 20% off all Minted stationery and gifts. Here’s how I make my caramelized baked sweet potatoes that went viral back when I was on YouTube. My favorite snack and go-to side dish. I still get so many DMs about my sweet potatoes till this day You need: Sweet potatoes Olive oil Sea salt Garlic powder Preheat your oven to 375°F. Scrub your potatoes and dry them very well. I like to cut them evenly, and since I don’t like wasting bowls or dishes, I do everything right on parchment paper. Add olive oil, a bit of salt, and for extra tastiness, some garlic powder. Just make sure they’re evenly coated. Space them out with the flesh side down, making sure they’re not touching because we don’t want them to steam. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, depending on the size of your sweet potatoes. You’ll know they’re ready when the cut edges are slightly brown and caramelized.
