It's so funny how these always get banned and people keep building them and they promote them on the platforms that they're violating the TOS on Just use your brain and send 10-20 good DMs on linkedin everyday and you can book calls or be super schizo and make your own sequencer in claude and use burners

If you have a decent linkedin profile and you don't have it in your signature for cold email you're missing out on a ton of calls Just do Thanks, [name] [linkedin/.....] You will see a significant boost in prr & bookings Why? Most of the people you are emailing want to look you up and a percentage of them won't put your url in google and look it up they will pull up linkedin and type your @ in and you can track this via profile views as well

Grok bot for cold email/outbound agency has been very significant so far For those of you not super technical and have limited experience creating agents in Claude or similar tools it is very good just out of the box Obviously you still have to give it a lot of instruction and context on things but so far the biggest things we have been using it for : - Inbox manager, it basically one shotted this role. Make a bot just to function as a reply agent have it make a webhook that you put into your sending tool and give it feedback on the first few dozen replies then let it rip on its own The biggest thing here was to give it access to the sequencer and just say “go look through all the positive replies we have ever gotten and learn how we respond and book meetings from them Also if you don’t want it to be fully autonomous when relies come in you can have it lookup the leads website, score their fit as a prospect based on whatever offer you are emailing for and auto draft a reply Also because it has its own computer it technically does not need an api to your calendar app as it can just open the Calendly link or whatever and book someone in the way a human would - campaign and inbox monitor, 1-3x per week scheduled task that takes all the domains in your sequencer and sees if they are on any blacklists as well and looking at inbox health scores and reply rates per domain Also something that has been helpful here is a 2-3x per week task to see when email campaigns are about to run out of leads and then beginning the work of building new lead lists Here you can also have it look through campaigns and analyze what variants are performing best and interesting on those Also was very easy to create agents to monitor intent signals and do market research Most of this stuff we already had in Claude but the ease of use with grok bot has been impressive as it just works really well Also having the tool on the phone & desktop is nice The only add on I would make to it is using obsidian as a second brain that the agents can query through instead of trying to shove tons of md files into grok bot for context Obviously there’s a lot more to speak on here but just some things top of mind after the first week of using it

More clients I work w the more I realize how uncommon it is for ppl to grow business from outbound or even ads really Like 70-80% of every prospect is just like “yea you know since we’ve existed it’s just been all referrals and going to events to get clients etc”

What’s going on in the cold email space is an atrocity

No wonder why everyone thinks it’s dead as a channel

Trying to book calls with fake podcasts and already talking about what you’re going to build not working

Dudes will literally get a cold email response from an entry level person at JP Morgan And post it on Twitter with the whole thing redacted and act like they closed Jamie Dimon

Keep coming back to this idea That unless your ambition is to stack 2k/m retainers and have 100+ clients (which is a totally fine thing to do) You need to take your outbound skills and go start a business that is not lead gen and use your outbound skills to drive all the sales and have fulfillment partners on the backend

> Upload lead list > Build prompt that has your/your clients use cases/brain dump of info > Use web research agent to research & score each lead > Every prospect gets a 1:1 email that is tailored to them that is the same email you would have written had you spent the time to manually do it > In-house outlook infra sending 2 emails/day per inbox ez fixes

Dudes will be like:

"Why is nobody booking meetings?"

"Something must not be working with the emails - let's have call on Monday to review and come up with a new plan"

Meanwhile this is what their calendar page looks like
