@illaduff It’s literally a safety issue
Indiana is so buttoned up it’s almost like they know your plays. Crazy Scouting is unreal
You realized we watched Louisville’s DL make the JMU OL look like middle schoolers right? We saw them, the only top-50 team you played, sack you six times
Here is the final and complete list of the @Cover3Podcast Summer School series. Thanks to all our great @247Sports publishers for their time and expertise! All have been published. BREAKING: Alabama Director revealed that starting in 2026 Alabama is automatically in the 12-team playoff if the Tide finish ranked in the top-20
A decade ago, 85 points in the @247sports recruiting rankings was the gap between the No. 1 class and the No. 16 class Today, 85 is the gap between the No.1 and the No. 32 50 was the gap from 1st and 8th. Now? 1st and 16th Talent is spreading out so much. Everyone has hope
Meant to post this earlier, but here we go. The @Nolecast has been a passion project for us for 15 years, through some great seasons and some awful. Thanks to passionate fanbase and amazing sponsors, it even turned into an occasionally profitable hobby. We always tell each other “it’s appointment listening. Don’t put out an episode just to do it. If we wouldn’t want to listen to it, don’t publish.” But lately, that’s been impossible. Running an FSU-focused podcast at the level we’ve maintained over thousands of episodes doesn’t make sense right now. We’ll keep the same schedule through the end of our current sponsor deals, and for 2026 our frequency will match the commitment level that the FSU administration is putting in. When or if that commitment returns under a new administration, we’ll return in full.
Alabama's power rating went UP after yesterday. Oklahoma's went down. They doubled up OU in yardage. Turnovers are largely random. If they played that game again next weekend Bama would be favored by more than it was. That's what the models see
Exactly. They see Clemson is going into the gutter but get great name recognition out of it.
Except he was committed to Georgia as a running back and this is completely made up
Tony White got out of Nebraska at the right time
I know for a fact at least 35 teams spend more on their roster than Alabama. Granted, 32 of them are in the NFL but
One thing that came out of the Kraft issue is the rural schools are at a disadvantage when the players earn more. If you are a 21yo guy who is netting 500K (no real expenses) you’re likely gonna want access to the type of nightlife and scenery you can get in a big city because you can now afford it. Bama being able to day trip Atlanta is huge as one of the players or assistants in the recording pointed out.
Football is not every other sport It’s a ht/wt/speed sport. Collision not contact. The right fielder isn’t pushing the other team’s 2B out of the way Physical size/speed is way more important in it.
