Have you heard? A 28-year-old Roselle man was arrested last week after allegedly kidnapping a woman from the County College of Morris and holding her handcuffed inside his car, authorities said. The case began Dec. 5 after the woman’s parents reported her missing when she failed to pick up her children and could not be reached.
