Cheddar Broccoli Twice Baked Potato INGREDIENTS & RECIPE👇🏻 4 large russet potatoes 1 cup cooked bacon bits 1/2 cup chopped chives 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 1/4 cup soft butter SOUP 2 cups evaporated milk 2 cups chicken stock 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup diced onion 3 minced cloves of garlic 3 cups chopped broccoli 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste  Poke a few holes in the potatoes and coat them with olive oil and salt Bake the potatoes at 425 degrees F for 1 hour  Let the potatoes slightly cool and slice the top off Scoop the inside potato out into a bowl and mix in the bacon, chives, sour cream, garlic, and onion powder, butter, salt and pepper. Transfer to a piping bag or ziploc bag Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a medium soup pan Add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes Add the garlic and salt and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant Mix in the flour and cook until the flour is golden brown Slowly mix in the evaporated milk and chicken stock Add the broccoli and simmer for 10 minutes Mix in the cheese a handful at a time adding more once the cheese is melted Mix in the hot sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper Add a ladle to the hollowed out potatoes and fill almost to the top Pipe the mashed potato mixture on top Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown

Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler INGREDIENTS 2 yellow peaches 1/4 c brown sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 2 containers refrigerated cinnamon rolls 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1/3 c brown sugar 1/3 c white sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 1/4 c melted salted butter Vanilla ice cream Remove peach pits with needle-nose pliers. Peel and slice peaches into wedges. Toss with 1/4 c brown sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Let sit 5 min, then mix again to release the juices. Place peaches in a round frying or cake pan. Top with cinnamon rolls, filling any gaps (cut one into pieces if needed). Bake at 375°F for 30 min. For streusel, mix flour, 1/3 c brown sugar, white sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon and butter. Press into clumps on a sheet tray and bake at 375°F for 20 min. Cool to harden. Let cobbler cool, flip onto a plate, and top with streusel and vanilla ice cream.

Cheddar Bay Lobster Pot Pie INGREDIENTS & RECIPE 2 boxes of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix 1 1/2 cups cold water 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup melted butter For the lobster soup 1 pound of lobster meat 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock 1 cup diced carrots 1 cup diced onion 1 cup diced fennel 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cups chicken stock 1 cup chopped parsley For the bottom crust Combine the flour, water and cheese in a bowl to make the biscuit batter Using a 12 inch cast iron or oven safe pie tray, spread half the mixture Place a small sheet of parchment in the middle. Then, using a small oven safe bowl, press down on the parchment to create a bowl-like shape where you can pour the soup later Bake at 425 F for about 15 minutes For the soup Melt the butter in a saucepan Add 1/4 cup of the chicken stock Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat Add the lobster meat and gently mix around for about 4 minutes to lightly coat. Set them aside Add half of that poaching liquid to a medium-high pan Add the carrots, onions and fennel. INGREDIENTS 1 pack King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup melted garlic  butter 1/2 pound ground beef 1 cup small diced onion 2 cloves minced garlic 2 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp cumin 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 tbsp cocoa powder  2 cup beef stock 1/2 cup hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste 12 mini beef smokies 1/2 cup small diced onions 1/4 cup chopped chives  1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
BBQ PIE (Makes one 12-inch pie) Pulled Pork: 5 lb bone-in pork butt, 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 1 cup salt & pepper, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar. Score fat, coat with mustard and seasoning, smoke fat-side up at 275°F for 3 hrs to 170°F. Place in a roasting pan, top with brown sugar and butter, cover with foil, cook 2 more hrs to 203°F, cool 1 hr, then shred. BBQ PIE (Makes one 12-inch pie) Pulled Pork: 5 lb bone-in pork butt, 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 1 cup salt & pepper, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar.
