no shade to malls, but we’re here to prove there’s SO much more to do than just shop in Paramus. We spent the day at the Bergen County Zoo, grabbed classic diner food, and wandered into small local spots where we tried on the most glam vintage coats and combed through vinyl records. @asumare_peru is no longer just a North Jersey food truck. It’s now open as a full restaurant + bar in Elmwood Park and we stopped by to check it out. The space is bright, colorful, and full of little surprises, like selfie mirrors in the bathroom. The lomo saltado was our fave and the arroz con mariscos had SO much flavor.
