The most beautiful hidden coffee spot in NYC just opened—inside a two-story flagship in SoHo. Downstairs has 1,000+ curated design, art, and fashion books (yes, they’re for sale). Upstairs? Togo sofas, vintage speakers, and analog sound that makes it feel like a record lounge. I had the sweet latte (made with house-crafted syrup) and an espresso tonic with a citrus spritz—light, bright, and super refreshing. Overall rating: ✨ Vibe: 9/10 📚 Decor: 9.5/10 🤝 Service: 10/10 ☕️ Coffee: 8.5/10 📍 Fast Times (inside Buck Mason SoHo): 486 Broadway, New York, NY 10013 . . #sohonyc #nyc #coffee #newyork #nyccoffee

This spot in Tokyo serves smashburgers on a hot, sizzling cheese plate—and it’s even better than it sounds. Juicy patties, crispy edges, and melted cheese that keeps cooking underneath, getting richer with every bite. A new favorite spot in NYC for all my fellow café & stationery lovers. This cozy spot is by the same owner as Niconeco Zakkaya in the East Village—but bigger, brighter, and filled with even more little treasures. The front is a peaceful café pouring matcha, hojicha, and lots teas, plus housemade pastries perfect for a slow morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. Walk a little further in and you’ll find a curated pantry section with thoughtful goodies to take home. But the real magic is in the back—shelves and tables overflowing with the cutest stationery, unique gifts, handmade ceramics, stickers, and tiny cat friends tucked into corners waiting to be found 🐱✨ If you loved Niconeco, you’ll adore this—same cozy vibes, just more space to explore. Perfect for gifting, journaling supplies, or just treating yourself to something special.📍Loaf on Paper by niconeco zakkaya: 64 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11249 . . #japanese #coffee #matcha #cafe #stationery

NYC’s stunning new Moroccan restaurant by the Maison Close team. Velvet booths, glowing lanterns & live oud music. Cocktails 🍸 Dellah $26: Jasmine tea mojito with loads of mint and a fragrant tea aroma (8/10) 🍹 Kammun $26: Tangy and acidity-forward with a bright cumin-spice taste and creamy foam (9/10) Food 🐟 Black Cod Tagine $42: Served bubbling in a clay tagine; buttery, delicate, aromatic, bathed in saffron-ginger-preserved lemon sauce — one of the best dishes I’ve had in NYC this year!! (12/10) 🍚 Couscous Royal $46: Couscous topped with beef chunks, lamb meatballs, merguez sausages and a rainbow of veggies (squash, zucchini, carrots, turnips); comforting yet refined (8/10) 🥩 Lamb Shank $59: Braised with Moroccan spices. Exterior could be softer but still fragrant and satisfying (7/10) 🥕 Chhiwat Tower $48: A tall tower of Moroccan dips and salads. Fun presentation but mostly soft/puréed textures except for the carrots. After a couple of bites it can feel repetitive — skippable unless you’re a group looking to sample everything (6/10) 🍰 Pasicilla $16: Layers of thin, crispy pastry with orange blossom cream and tart raspberry on top — like a Moroccan mille-feuille (7/10) Overall Rating 🐟 Food: 8/10 🍹 Drinks: 8.5/10 🛎️ Service: 10/10 🏺 Decor: 10/10 📍 Ayah 🗺️ 77 W Houston St, New York, NY 10012 💸 Food: $20–$75 | Large Plates: $150–$180 | Drinks: $22–$65 #moroccanfood #nyc #sohonyc #nyceats #nycrestaurants

A Tokyo café run by the same couple for 50+ years ☕️ It’s one of those places you’d definitely notice from the outside—muted green facade, red awning, and those little window details. Inside, warm sunlight through the arched windows and shelves lined with old red coffee tins. Run by Junichi Miyamoto and his wife Fusako since 1968. He makes the coffee, she makes the cakes and sandwiches. Loved the thick-cut toast with different jams and black coffee. Simple but just right! 📍Shanty, Tokyo 💴 Coffee ~ ¥550 ($3), toast ~ ¥650 ($4), morning set ¥650 ($4) 🕰️ 10am–6pm, closed Wed & Thu . #kissaten #japantravel #tokyo #cafe #tokyotravel

Hidden Café with a Shibuya Crossing View in Tokyo. Located on the 17th floor of an office building, this café offers one of the most iconic views in Tokyo — but from a spot most people don’t even realize exists. Honestly, I’ve been holding off on sharing this place for almost a year haha. Coffee here is around $3 USD — unbelievably cheap for the view you’re getting. The vibe is calm and super chill. It’s also laptop-friendly with free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets, so it doubles as the perfect remote work or study spot. 👉 How to find it: This is where it feels truly “hidden.” You won’t see it from the main shopping area — and there’s no big café sign. Instead, enter Shibuya Scramble Square from the B2F or 2F “Office Entrance,” look for the yellow office elevator signs, and ride straight up to the 17th floor. Step out, and the café will be on the left hand side. Sometimes I love finding places that feel like a secret escape above the city — and this one checks every box. Definitely worth a visit if you want coffee with that Shibuya view. #tokyo #shibuyacrossing #shibuya #tokyocafe #japan

The most beautiful outdoor onsen in Japan, in my opinion. It’s been on my bucket list for a long time, and finally getting here felt incredibly special 🥹 Tucked deep in the mountains, this traditional ryokan’s outdoor onsen feels like soaking inside a winter painting—snow-covered forest, steam rising softly, and a tub naturally layered with delicate white mineral deposits formed over time by the spring itself. This onsen draws from Shirahone Onsen, a natural hot spring known for over 600 years, dating back to the Kamakura period. The name “White Bones” comes from the water itself—famously milky in color, rich in minerals, and traditionally believed to be deeply soothing for both body and skin. There’s a local saying here: Soak for three days, and you won’t catch a cold for three years—a reflection of how highly this spring has been valued for centuries! 🕰️ The outdoor onsen is limited to 30 minutes per session, but once you check in, you can place your room tag on the schedule and return as many times as you like. There’s also a beautiful indoor onsen with a completely different vibe. After soaking, they serve unlimited milk and fruit vinegar for a refreshing recharge. 👘 Service here was just as memorable as the onsen—huge thanks to Akari for taking such wonderful care of us, from guiding us to the room to serving breakfast and dinner and helping with everything along the way. 🚗 How to get here (about 4–5 hours from Tokyo, 4 hours from Nagoya) In summer: From Shinjuku or Nagoya → 🚆 Train to Matsumoto (≈2–2.5 hrs) From Matsumoto → 🚃 Local train to Shin-Shimashima (30 min) → 🚌 Bus to Shirahone Onsen (60 min) → 🚶‍♀️ Get off at Awanoyu (泡の湯), walk ~5 min ❄️ Winter note: buses only stop on the main road, and there are no taxis. Transportation must be arranged in advance. 📍 白骨温泉 小梨の湯 笹屋 🗺️ 4182-1 Azumi, Matsumoto, Nagano 390-1520, Japan . #onsen #hotspring #japan #japantravel #japantiktok
