are you team vest or belt??🤔 also rumor has it I still haven't decided what to use for the NYC Marathon... help me decide!🙏 I've done most of my long run training with a vest but loved the belt for my half marathon and want to carry as little as possible for the race! I am definitely carrying all my own fuel but my concern is hydration... a lot can happen in 2 years… 2 years ago I felt like I didn’t deserve any of these opportunities and like I didn’t belong today I get to reflect on all the growth, all the times a door was opened for me & all the times I decided to walk through that door, even though I was filled with fear thank you @On for opening that door thank you to my friend Vanessa Chavarriaga Posada for helping me feel less like an imposter and changing the way that I view my role in this community, we are capable of more than we give ourselves credit for and thank you to anyone and everyone that was ever a part of my journey time to dream big again🤭

only in Yosemite for a day? no prob. this winter we’re not settling for uncomfy ski boots!!!  I got the ✨signature boot fit✨ package at @evo_hq and I cannot recommend it enough - I didn't feel rushed at all, could ask as many questions as I wanted, and they made sure I was truly happy with my boots before I walked out the door  I love to ski & I love to nerd out about ski gear so this was a dream & I learned so much I could talk about this for days👇 The boots I got: Atomic Hawx Ultra 115 S W GW What I learned from my fitting: * My heel has never actually been locked into any boot I’ve owned until now (you don’t realize until you realizeee) 
 * My boots have all been way too big! (I got my first boots sizing based off a generic size chart & turns out they were 2 whole sizes too big…😮)
 * I have a pretty average if not slightly narrow shaped foot (this is insane news to me bc I always thought I had wide feet??) so I got a ✨low volume boot✨
 * I tried on medium volume boots and less stiff flexes but none felt as secure and responsive as the Atomic Hawx!
 * My right foot is bigger than my left! (I knew this but it felt nice to be validated😌) after wearing the boots for a while I felt a bit of pressure on the outside of my right toes and they were able to punch out the shell to make more room for my piggies! 
 Thanks to the amazing staff at evo Denver I could not be more stoked to be wearing these boots this season!!! #evo #ad

I knew coming back from 2 injuries was going to test me and boy is it - but there’s also something so satisfying about working towards a goal and working hard. anyone relate? running is hard. running is weird. that’s all I have to say.🫡

are you team rent skis or bring your own skis?🎿 I have now done 3 international trips and rented skis on all of them and honestly... I have mixed reviews👇 In Banff I had a great experience, in Italy I was stuck with skis that were way too skinny and short for me, in Japan I found a great ski but options were super limited and I think I got lucky I think the important factors here are what kind of skiing are you doing, how long, and how advanced are you? If you go on 1 ski trip a year it probably makes sense to rent! If you're an avid skier and love your skis, it's probably worth it to lug them to the airport! I have yet to fly with skis but I think its time🤔
