my 5-minute fool-proof garlic bok choy recipe!! It’s got ALL the right flavors while still being super easy to cook. Even beginners can make it well!! This recipe serves 2-4 people as a delicious side dish. I tested this recipe with baby bok choy, regular bok choy and Shanghai bok choy. It works for all of them! Korean spicy cucumber is THAT GIRL!! Crunchy, garlicky, addicting and perfectly spicy! This banchan (side dish) is called oi muchim and is surprisingly easy to prepare! Serve cold and store in fridge. This will last for up to 3-4 days. TIP: Use Persian cucumbers for best results! And don’t skip the salting step! This helps get the excess water out. Korean spicy cucumber is THAT GIRL!! Crunchy, garlicky, addicting and perfectly spicy! This banchan (side dish) is called oi muchim and is surprisingly easy to prepare! Serve cold and store in fridge. This will last for up to 3-4 days. TIP: Use Persian cucumbers for best results! And don’t skip the salting step! This helps get the excess water out. MEASUREMENTS (serves 2-4 people): — 5 or 6 Persian cucumbers — 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar — 1.5 tbsp sesame oil — 1 tbsp soy sauce — 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 3-4 garlic cloves) — gochugaru — 2 tbsp sesame seeds — salt (OPTIONAL - taste first! They’ve got two locations: the OG location in Garden Grove and the newer one in Fullerton! I went to the Fullerton location, which I believe has more ample parking!! They’ve got two locations: the OG location in Garden Grove and the newer one in Fullerton! I went to the Fullerton location, which I believe has more ample parking!!
