I almost didn’t become a coach because I felt overwhelmed about where to start. I have found my passion which is helping other women, with fitness, nutrition, self-confidence, and feeling strong in the gym... but turning that into real coaching felt like a huge step. I used to try and FIT EVERYTHING I wanted into my cutting macros, because "balance, right?"  I still am enjoying things I like, but the biggest difference is I'm trying to reduce the moreso “empty” calories and increase lean protein sources and a bit more fiber. I said reduce, not eliminate, and add in more colour and veg.  But I'm still a human being, I still want a little sweet treat so I make it taste bomb asf with my whey+ and get rid of the unnecessary sugar. Sugar isn't bad but girl, those super hyper palatable foods like peanut butter, chips, normal ice cream, I am trying to reduce and learn how to curb my cravings in ways where I wont go overboard. My saving grace is literally my protein powder lol, natural and makes my coffee taste like Starbucks 🤌🏼 If this was a perfect day the French toast would instead be oats, but I still love me some protein French toast so here and there I will have some!

theres no way there is veggies in this fr 10/10 🤌🏼✨ these cinnamon-spiced morning glory muffins taste like apple cake, spice cake, and moist carrot cake combined. Mix in a bowl: 2 cups (260g) flour (spooned & leveled) 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup (35g) ground flaxseed (optional) 2 tbsp hemp seed (optional) 1 tbsp chia seed (optional) Shredded coconut (optional) 1 scoop french vanilla whey+ (from @legion my favvvvv for baking it works so well, discount code danielle) Whisk in sepetate bowl: 3 large eggs 1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar 1/4 cup (85g) honey 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil or melted coconut oil 1/3 cup (80g) unsweetened smooth applesauce 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional) 1/3 cup (80ml) orange juice or pineapple juice (or just use water) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Mix the ingredients dry into wet ingredients and then mix in: 2 cups (260g) shredded carrots (about 4 large) 1 cup (140g) shredded/grated apple (about 1 large) 1/2 cup (75g) raisins 1/2 cup (64g) unsalted chopped pecans and whatever else! Spoon into sprayed muffin tins and Cook at 350° for about 22 minutes! They last about 5 days on counter or 1+ week in fridge, put them in the fridge theyre just as good!
