got all my @CeraVe empties restocked in the jumbo sizes on Amazon so I can actually be consistent with my routine this year (wanna be accountability partners? 😅) these were my most used products 👇🏼 what are you restocking or trying in 2026? - Hydrating Foam Oil Cleanser: transforms from an oil to a soft lathering foam to gently and effectively cleanse the skin’s surface and remove makeup and heavy spf without leaving the skin tight or dry - Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser: begins as a cream before transforming to a soft foam when you lather it on; great for normal to dry skin, and sensitive-skin safe - Healing Ointment: my absolute favorite CeraVe product. Light enough to melt into the skin seamlessly while forming a physical barrier for up to 8 hours to help protect skin from further irritation, injury, or exposure, all while helping to restore the skin’s natural moisture barrier #ceravepartner #dermatologist #skincareempties #2026resolutions #skincarerestock

how to incorporate the @dermalogica Phyto Nature E² daily leave-on treatment into your routine: apply daily on to dry skin after cleansing before your serums in the morning and/or at night it’s safe for all skin types, but always make sure to patch test new products on one small area first, especially if you have sensitive skin. the pumpkin enzymes are quite gentle, but not everyone can tolerate twice daily or even daily exfoliation, so make sure to introduce it slowly and work up to using it more frequently. if you’re using a retinoid at night, I recommend starting with application only in the morning, and eventually trying it at night, being careful not to overdo it! make sure to moisturize to keep that barrier protected :) #DermalogicaPartner #skinregeneration #prematureaging #dermatologist

The Vietnamese tea ceremony carries so much more weight than just the union of two people. In our culture, a marriage is the coming together of two families - honoring our ancestors, and weaving together our pasts, our present, and our future. My parents have always given me the freedom to make my own choices, and our wedding was no different. When I asked if there was anything they wanted me to do, they said it was completely up to Evan and me. They would support whatever we decided. But for me, the answer was easy. My Vietnamese identity is such a core part of who I am, and the one thing I knew I wanted was a traditional tea ceremony. And my ông xã - being who he is - didn’t just support it, he embraced it wholeheartedly 🥹 Watching his entire family step into my culture with so much respect and intention meant more to me than I can fully put into words. The ceremony itself is layered with meaning. The groom’s family comes bearing gifts: betel leaves and areca nuts to symbolize love and fidelity, tea and wine for a shared life together, fruits and cakes for prosperity and sweetness for the journey ahead, and jewelry as a blessing from his parents to their future daughter-in-law. These offerings are placed at the ancestral altar, I’m brought forward, and our fathers light the wedding candles - a symbol of two families becoming one, and of our ancestors guiding us into this next chapter. Together, we light incense and bow, inviting them to witness and bless our union We then serve tea to our elders - a quiet but powerful promise that we will carry our families forward with love, respect, and intention It’s a ceremony rooted in tradition, but what made it so special to me was seeing it become ours. Not just mine. Not just his. But something we chose, together. Because at the end of the day, this wasn’t just about marrying the person I love. It was about family legacy and welcoming each other fully - families, histories, cultures, and all - and choosing to build something new, together My culture is my Vietnamese husband’s now, too. And that’s something I’ll never take for granted 🤍 #vietnamese #teaceremony #2026bride #wedding #husbandwife

what products or procedures have taken your skin to the next level? you know you’re getting old when you’re flattered that your patients ask “are you old enough to be a doctor” 🥲 this is everything I did to preserve and maintain my skin in hopes of aging gracefully! - one thing I wish I did better was more aggressive spf use at an earlier age - prevention is everything, after all! - retinoids helped with my acne early on, but have the added benefit of collagen stimulation - so that was an unwitting slay 🤭 - cleanser for a clean base, of course, but double cleansing really changed the game. - moisturizer to keep things hydrated because dry skin is dull, irritated, and/or wrinkled skin. you can often achieve a youthful plump with just moisturizing alone! this one is a must for me especially as a dry skin girly, but even oily skin needs moisturizer! - adding an antioxidant was a game changer for skin vibrance - I personally love vitamin C but have been adding in additional antioxidants with each passing year lol. - my favorite add-ons to further stimulate collagen and combat fine lines recently have been peptides, growth factors, and exosomes! it has added a few steps to my routine so I sometimes skip these on busy days where I can only do the bare minimum basics - as for procedures, I’ve shared all this before, but recently also tried sculptra and am starting to get more curious about skin tightening! these are all things that I recommend to my patients all the time because they’re things that I would personally do and/or would want for my mother, sister, father, or fiance (though dad and Evan have yet to agree to let me do anything for them 😒) products used in this video are on my ShopMy (linked in bio) 🫶🏻 @aestura_us @dermalogica @numbuzin @chanel.beauty @SkinCeuticals @SkinMedica® @KraveBeauty @Clinique @EADEM @Project E Beauty @Sweed Beauty #dermatologist #microneedling #aginggracefully #sculptra #wearfigs @wearfigs
