Lemme see you recreate this dish for V Day! Get Maruchan Saucy Noods on TikTok Shop, Amazon and at select retailers. Minute Maruchan Creamy Chicken Carbonara: - 2 packs Maruchan Saucy Noods Spicy Creamy Chicken - 3 large egg yolks - ½ cup (45 g) finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for finishing - 3 oz (85 g) guanciale or pancetta, small dice - ¾ tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste - ½ tsp lemon zest (very light) - 1 tsp chili oil (light use) - 2 tbsp thinly sliced green curly scallions - ½ - 1 cup reserved noodle cooking water (you may not use all) - Salt, only if needed * Add separated yolks to a bowl and whisk. Add parmesan, salt and pepper and combine. * Cook Maruchan noods and reserve noodle in water. * While the noods are cooking, cook pancetta over medium high heat for 5 minutes. * Set aside the crisp pancetta and toss noodles in the leftover fat. Add yolk and cheese mixture and a dash of the Maruchan spicy creamy chicken packet, and chili oil.
