Yes we’ve been best friends and known each other since the 90s! Technically 1989 as we were born 3 weeks apart, our Moms best friends so we naturally became baby best friends, and eventually as adults fell in love and now we have 3 babies of our own!

Honestly so grateful for our love story @sandycritides 🙏🏼💙 it’s completely divine! You can go to my pinned reels on my page to check out a more full story!

Becoming a girl dad changed me in ways I never saw coming. Every guy thinks he wants a little mini-me, a son, but what I really needed was a daughter first. She opened up parts of my heart I didn’t even know were there. She softened me, stretched me, made me more patient, more present, more emotional, more aware. She taught me that strength isn’t just how hard you push but how deeply you feel.

There’s something cosmic that happens when a man becomes a girl dad. I still can’t explain it. It just rewires you. And it’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me, right there with marrying Sandy, meeting our second daughter, and welcoming our son.

I was a girl dad for three years before Crew came along and now I get the best of both worlds. Girl dad. Boy dad. Three kids who give my life more purpose than anything I’ve ever done.

At the end of the day, our legacy isn’t money or titles. It’s who we are to our kids. It’s the values they pick up from the way we live, not what we say. That’s the kind of legacy I’m building every single day.

Oh man I have two precious daughters and a sweet, sensitive wife. This will be an interesting era 🤣

Becoming a Girl Dad was one of the greatest things that ever happened to me. It opened my heart up in ways I didn’t know possible.

I also have NO idea how I’ll handle this era. Luckily I have about a decade.

Send this to a girl Dad to prepare them or one who’s been through it 🤣🤣

Come start my day with me.

Dad of three, husband, wellness entrepreneur, and CEO of my own life. Every day looks a little different, but the rhythm is built around what matters most. I wake up before the sun, pour into myself, and set the tone for the day. Some mornings it’s breathwork, meditation, or journaling. Other days it’s reading, sauna, cold plunge, or movement. It’s my time to get my mind and body right before the world wakes up.

I like to get a bit of work in early when the house is quiet, the coffee’s hot, and the sun’s just starting to rise. There’s something powerful about creating before the noise starts. Then my favorite part of the day—my family wakes up. I make breakfast for the kids every morning. Usually eggs, maybe a protein shake, some fruit. It’s simple but it’s sacred.

Today I got to take my wife to an appointment, get some work done between moments, have a little lunch date, then get after a workout before mixing in family time and business calls later.

Days like this remind me why I chose this path. There’s no freedom like the ability to design your own days around the things and people you love. That’s real wealth to me.

She gave life. I gave my promise.

One year ago today… everything got real.

2025 broke us open in ways we didn’t expect. The kind of year that tests your vows, your faith, your identity as a man, a husband, a father. In sickness and in health wasn’t just something we said… it was something we had to live.

There were moments I didn’t have answers. Moments I couldn’t fix it. Only stand in it. Stay steady. Be the rock my family needed anyway.

And Sandy… I’ve never witnessed strength like that. What she’s walked through, carried, and fought through to find her light again. It didn’t break her. It revealed her.

Now her spark is back. And it’s not the same. It’s deeper. It’s earned. It’s powerful. Her light will shine even bigger and brighter because of it.

And me… I’m proud of the man I became in that season. Not perfect, but present. Holding the line when it mattered most.

One year later… we’re a family of five. Crew just turned one.

We’re still healing. Still growing. Still becoming.

But this is what love looks like when it’s real.

Love you baby @sandycritides 🤍 Ich Liebe Dich

Not one other dad… not ONE… joined me on this.

Just a sea of cargo shorts, New Balances, and full coverage.

Meanwhile I’m out here pushing a double stroller, three kids deep, shirtless like I just wandered in from a beach workout.

Honestly thought I might start a movement.

Didn’t happen.

But I stand by it.

Happy Tuesday y’all! ✌️

Legit who thinks they can do this? I want to hear all the hype in the comments and tag someone you think could do this or someone you’d want to do it with.

Run one mile, drink one beer, eat one doughnut. Every hour for 24 hours. Simple enough, right?

What would be the hardest part? For me for sure the beers.

I got that $1 mil in the bag though easy with time to spare. Going to be a REALLY good time too 🤣

Oh also I’d love to see the data, vote on the poll I want to see % of ppl who think they could do this 👇🏼

I don’t want the nicest lawn in the neighborhood.

I want the lawn my kids remember.

The one where they learned to throw a football.

Where they chased each other until the sun went down.

Where we sat around the fire pit after dinner.

Where they spent so much time outside that the grass actually started showing it.

That’s a backyard worth taking care of.

Every fall, I spend about 20 minutes giving it what it needs before winter. I feed the entire lawn with @scottslawn Turf Builder® WinterGuard® Fall Lawn Food, which helps build strong, deep roots for a thicker lawn that greens up faster next spring.

Then I use Scotts Turf Builder® Rapid Grass Sun & Shade Mix on the thinner areas that got worn down over the summer, helping repair the spots where life happened most.

It’s simple. A little intention today so next spring this backyard is ready for more football games, more family dinners outside, more scraped knees, more laughs, and more core memories.

Because the lawn was never really the goal.

It’s the place where our family’s story gets written.

And once the application is complete, we’re back outside enjoying it together.

I used to think success was mostly about what you could build, achieve, earn or accomplish.

The older I get, the more I realize the stuff I’m most proud of probably won’t ever show up on a resume.

Raising good humans. Being healthy enough to run around with them (and my great grandkids one day). A marriage that keeps getting deeper through every season. Friendships that actually mean something. Work that gives us freedom instead of owning our lives. Being able to look back 20 years from now and know I was actually THERE for it.

I still have big goals. I still want to build things and push myself and see what I’m capable of.

I just don’t want to win at the expense of the things that make winning matter.

That’s the kind of rich I want to be.

Send this to someone you want to build that kind of life with.

“It ran in my family until it ran into me.”

That phrase has hit me hard lately.

As men, I think one of our greatest responsibilities is becoming grounded enough that the chaos, trauma, unhealthy patterns, and emotional baggage that have been passed down for generations don’t get passed down again.

Not because we’re perfect. Not because we have it all figured out.

But because someone has to decide the cycle ends here.

I’ve realized that my job isn’t to fix everything for my wife or carry her healing for her. My job is to be a steady, present, grounded force. To create safety. To hold space. To do my own work so I’m not bringing more chaos into the lives of the people I love most.

The stronger and more rooted I become, the more room there is for my wife to do her own healing, my kids to grow up in a different environment, and our family story to change.

It ran in my family.

Until it ran into me.

One-way flights booked ✅✈️ we’re spending the rest of the 2026 here in the states & doing Christmas in our home and 72 hours later we’ll be off!!

Hi, we’re the Critides👋🏽 (Sandy, Wade, Cameron, Cove & Crew)

Three years ago, we left California for Colorado.
We built a life we love… and thought we’d be here a lot longer.

Then we found Boundless.

A worldschooling program where families live, learn, and explore the world together.

And suddenly everything started to shift.

We realized we were eligible once our youngest turned 18 months…and we couldn’t stop thinking about it.

So we said yes.

We’re heading to Sintra, Portugal for a 3-month worldschooling cohort with @boundlesslife starting in Jan 2027🇵🇹

After that? We don’t have it all figured out.

What we do know is this:
We’re selling most of our things.
We’re simplifying our life.
And we’re boarding a one-way flight.

No perfect plan. Just a full-hearted yes.

Portugal, we’re coming ✨

P.S. If you’re wondering—no, we don’t know exactly what happens after the 3 months. If we love it we may continue rolling with more boundless cohorts in their different locations❤️

Code “CREW” saves $400 if you and your family wanna join in on the boundless life fun with us!! https://refer.boundless.life/69HNMS8

Three beautiful babies later, we’re officially closing the chapter on growing our family biologically. It’s a little bittersweet, but mostly we’re just incredibly grateful🤍

Have seen a few of these videos and they looked fun to create so here we go! Not every morning looks the same but pretty much every morning starts with:

- Up before the sun/the family
- Morning hydration and @gnapse Alma Cacao
- Centering exercises like gratitude journal/read/breathwork
- Sauna + cold plunge OR morning workout
- Breakfast and family time
- Shoot content + respond to messages
- Get to work building empires
