Grip changes everything. Ring finger for control, ideally on the second lace from the top. Pinky as an anchor / hook but not over the laces, more pulling up against the lace. Pointer finger to the top with control to flick the ball. And lastly, finger tips / pads gripping the ball -> NOT palming the ball. Leave a little space.

A few simple fixes can completely change your throw. 🏈 → Don’t release it too early: On this throw, carrying the ball just a little farther through the motion helped clean up the trajectory. → Think about skipping a rock: Not the arm angle — the quick, loose whipping motion. Bring that same feeling into your throw instead of pushing the football. → Get your front foot toward the target: That gives your back hip room to rotate through the throw instead of getting stuck behind you. → Stay level through your hips: Instead of falling off to the side, rotate through and let the throwing arm follow what the hips started. None of these were huge changes, just small adjustments until everything started working together. And then… money. 🎯
