The hardest nameplates I’ve ever seen 🇨🇳 Charles Du, a Notre Dame CB, was born in Beijing and later moved to the U.S., graduating high school in the Monterey area of California. During ND’s College Football Playoff matchup against Indiana, a photo of Charles’ locker nameplate was shared and it quickly became a fan favorite. He wore it for the rest of the CFP as well. Also have to shout out, Jackson He, an ASU RB, who was the first person to do so back in 2019-2021. He became the first Chinese-born player to play for a P5 conference team when he appeared in a game against UCLA on December 5, 2020.
