I found a channel posting daily videos about western history and philosophy. Loyal audience. Consistent views. Untapped niche.

So I built one just like it…

Here’s exactly what I did (and what most people skip):
Before I uploaded a single video, I already knew which topics would perform, what titles would get clicked, and how to structure every video for maximum watch time.
That’s because the research was done before anything else.

I used Claude to break down the original channel — what videos were getting pushed, what wasn’t working, what patterns were in their best-performing titles and topics. Then I used Gemini to find gaps — trending searches in the niche that nobody was covering yet.
From there, Claude built the title frameworks. Not generic AI titles — titles reverse-engineered from what was already proven to work in this exact space.

Then I hired a full content team on Upwork — writers, editors, voiceover — and manage everything through Trello. I don’t film. I don’t edit. I make the strategic decisions and the team executes.

Five months later: → 1.8M views → 564K watch hours → 3,100+ subscribers → $22,500+ in revenue.

The channel works because the foundation was right before a single video went live. That’s the part people keep getting wrong — they start uploading and hope the algorithm figures it out. It won’t.

You need to know what’s working in a niche BEFORE you enter it. AI makes that possible in hours instead of months.

I’m running a live challenge where I walk through this entire system step by step. If you want in, comment “LIVE” and I’ll send you the details.

I don’t show my face, and I dont edit the content myself but last month I made $114,224 across 22 faceless channels. One of them alone made $18,782 in 30 days.

I didn’t guess my way there.

I picked profitable niches, built strong content teams, used Ai to enhance work, and doubled down on what performed. Do that consistently and the revenue compounds.

If you want the full breakdown, comment YOUTUBE 👇 below.

Comment “REPLICATE” for the step by step blueprint 👇
The last time humans left Earth’s orbit, the internet didn’t exist. YouTube didn’t exist. There was no way for a regular person to take a moment like that and build something from it. Tonight that’s different.

Artemis II is one of the most significant things to happen in our lifetime. Four people flying farther from Earth than any human ever has, on a mission 54 years in the making. The fact that we get to watch it live from our phones is wild enough on its own.

But what makes this different from every other historic event is that NASA already told us what’s coming next. Six more missions through 2035. Every one of them will pull the same massive attention that tonight’s launch will. That kind of visibility, in a niche that could change your life if you position yourself in it early — that doesn’t come around often.

I don’t create content. I study what’s already working in a niche, reverse engineer the titles and formats pulling the most views, and hand everything off to a team that handles scripts, editing, and thumbnails. I find the opportunity and the system turns it into a channel.

If you need help getting started, comment “NASA” below and I’ll walk you through the whole system.

Most people are using AI completely wrong. They use it to write the script, but the script is the least important part of a faceless channel.

The real money is made in the research phase—before a single word of a script is written.
I’ve been using Claude to completely reverse-engineer channels that are already printing cash.

Not to copy them, but to understand why they work.

Here is the exact framework I’m using to pull the data I need:

1️⃣ Find the Anomaly: I don’t look at massive channels. I look for channels with under 100k subscribers that have videos doing 1M+ views. That proves the topic and packaging work, not just the subscriber base.

2️⃣ Dissect the Winners: I have Claude analyze their top 10 videos from the last 60 days. I want to know the core topic, the title template, and the emotional trigger they are hitting.

3️⃣ Build the Queue: Once Claude identifies the pattern, I have it generate 10 new video titles for my channel that fit that exact same proven framework, along with a full briefing for my team.

The execution is cheap ($75 for script, edit, and thumbnail on Upwork). The strategy is what makes it a $141,000 system.

If you want the exact prompts I use and the full breakdown of how to build a channel like this...

Most of the value in using the right AI tools isn’t that they make content faster. It’s that they help you skip mistakes you’d normally have to learn the hard way.

These prompts replace months of trial and error by showing you what niches to pick, what ideas actually work, and how top videos are structured before you ever publish anything.

That’s why this feels like a system, not a grind. Production gets faster, decisions get easier, and you’re not stuck reinventing the wheel every week.

Less time guessing, less money wasted, and more room to actually enjoy your life while the channel keeps running in the background.

If you want me to show you how I use these prompts to build that kind of setup, comment “AI” below 👇

The biggest shift I ever made was realizing I’m not a content creator. I’m a business owner who happens to make money from content.

When I started, I was doing everything. Writing scripts, editing videos, making thumbnails, uploading at 2am. I thought that’s what it took. It’s not.

The moment I started building teams and treating every channel like a business, everything changed. My income went up and my hours went down. That’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when you stop trading time for content and start building systems that run without you.

I’m hosting a 5 day LIVE challenge going over how I scale these channels step by step. Comment “SCALE” if you want in.

💡Most people drop $6k on a down payment for a Tesla… but what if you used that same money to build a YouTube channel that pays you $6k+ every month while you sleep? 🚀
Here’s the breakdown from my reel:

✅ Step 1: Find winning video ideas (study successful Tesla channels + use AI prompts)
✅ Step 2: Build a team (scriptwriter, editor, thumbnail designer, AI voiceovers)
✅ Step 3: Manage like a pro (Trello for tasks, Frame.io for reviews, ChatGPT prompts for outlines + SEO)
✅ Step 4: Optimize before uploading (SEO titles, tags, descriptions = more views, more $$)
Instead of owning a Tesla, you could own the channel that pays for one 💰⚡
