Didn’t think we’d make it here this year 🥹 but I’m so glad we did!! Our Grandma turned 102 and for her party she requested I do her makeup, which is my favourite yearly tradition with her 🥰 Happy Birthday Grandma 🎉 This was the most chaotic GRWM - visitors, sock debates, threatening to get naked, and back to her usual joking around 😂

14 years of Iggy 🎉🐶I’ll forever be grateful to all the fools that fumbled this beautiful baby before her 1st birthday, and to the ex boyfriend who said “bring her home”. She’s been the very best part of every single day since. She’s the most tolerant being I’ve ever met, she brightens everyone’s day, she’s down for any adventure (as long as her fambam is there), she’s the best little spoon, she’s sassy, and she’s the only being whose snores I absolutely adore. Happy birthday widdle baby Iggy❤️

OH MY WORD. Throwing it back to 2016 really brings back the memories. I was transitioning between being a makeup artist in the fashion industry and being a full time creator - and the influencer industry was so small & close knit. There were sooo many more photos I could post, but here’s a cute little selection. 1- NYE on the boat with @chloemorello & @chloebrinklow & the day I met @sebamecha as Chloe’s date 2- Apparently close up beauty shots on a grid were a thing 3 & 4 - After a photo went viral of @jenagoldsack taken by @stevenchee (hair and makeup by me) we decided to do a second version of the shoot. They ended up being some of my favourite makeup work of all time. 5- One of my fave makeup looks of that year 6- On set with @lorealaunz for their Fibrology range (LOVED those products for creating thick, full hair) 7- Interviewing @raemorrismakeup (who I started my career with) for the launch of one of her books 8 - The @maxconnectors photo shoot with some of my faves 9- Which ended up being on posters about Sydney 10- Sportsgirl denim launch 11- My kind of OOTD 12- The launch of @lancomeofficial Juicy Shaker - we were all selected as ambassadors 13- BTS of the day with @chloemorello 14- Doing live makeup tutorials for @thebodyshopanz in Melbourne (maybe Chadstone even, from memory) 15- At fashion week with @domenica.calarco 16- The obsession with Kylie lip kits was REAL 17- 5 year old Iggy 🥹🥰 18- Fashion week OOTD 19- One of my shots from a @swarovski campaign 20- IYKYK For those of you who have been around since then, thanks for the mems - love you for it! 🥰❤️

Anyway, I thought a trip down memory lane could be fun, so please enjoy. 1- A photo from an article Cosmo did about me, as a makeup artist 2- My first time EVER presenting on camera, for @swisspersaus and I was terrified 3- Behind the scenes of a Red Balloon ad 4 - One of my first ever test shoots when I was.. 18 maybe 5 - That one time I met Beyonce 6 - Another test shoot 7 - A beauty shot from either Cleo or Cosmo.. I’m thinking Cosmo 8 - One of the Stenmark twins for Cosmo. I’m not sure which one (my bad, again, memory isn’t great lol) 9- A Cosmo jewellery shoot 10 - One of Billini shoots I did makeup for, maybe back in 2014 11- Lyndie Irons for the cover of STAB magazine. I felt cool just being in that studio. 12 - Behind the scenes of an interview that I can’t remember 13 - I used to have a blog that went through a few different names starting from 2009 (The Blonde Wore Black, Allure Of Beauty and then eventually RachaelBrook.com) - this was a shot from the latter 14 - On set dancing to a song that some people might say is wildly annoying. I’ll give you a high five if you can guess which one. 15 - Jaaaasoooon Deruuulo for Cosmo. He asked if I’d been doing makeup for long. I told him he was my first client. That was a lie. I also got to put my playlist on for the shoot & it was fully gangster (of course) sprinkled with a couple of his songs lol. 16 - Reece Mastin for Cosmo. 17 - Widdle baby Iggy’s first shoot ♥️♥️ 18 - Another one of my first test shoots, maybe in ‘08. 19 - The ever beautiful @cheyennetozzi for either Cosmo or Cleo 20 - And doing makeup for the legendary @ashley_oh_wilson who I was lucky enough to work with often.
