God is so great & faithful. They’re finally here. The greatest S7 colorway of all time, my PE “The Foundation.” I’d been working on these since May 12th and here they are. When i first saw the sketch on Elena’s iPad, I cried. My idea brought to life, an idea with so much meaning, love, & pain behind it. But it was perfect, literally. They’re an ode to my mom&dad, my foundation. A solid foundation always equals a strong building. Which is why u start from the ground up (feet first). I wouldn’t be the man i am today without my mother & my father so this was my way to represent them when I’m on the court. They’re both apart of the Divine Nine Greek organizations with my father being an Omega Psi Phi (why my name starts w/ Q) & my mother being an Alpha Kappa Alpha. The left shoe is dedicated to my dad, the greatest father of all time & the first person to support my dream of wanting to be an NBA player. He gave me 2 goals to always follow not just on the court, but in life: Have fun & Play hard. The 2 things u can control in everything u do. The right shoe is dedicated to my mother, the greatest mother of all time & one of my backbones that helps keep me up when life tries to knock me down. She gave me a quote when i was younger that goes, “It’s always alright in the end, if it’s not alright, it’s not the end.” A quote a fall back on during hard times. These quotes are the first things i hear my parents saying when i think about basketball so it was only right i included them on the insole their respective shoe. My family is my everything, so for my first PE this was a no brainer. These were a F&F pair, but with the current state of the brand i have no clue if those that i wanted to receive these will be able to. If we are close if I’ve asked u for your shoe size recently, I’m talking about u. S/o the Curry Brand team for bringing my idea to life. Nonetheless, if this is my last PE, it’s the greatest one of all time #Qdini
