I just had the itch to play… golfers will relate. Oh, and wait for the “hehe” on the last slide.

Let’s be real, I don’t always have the itch to play — especially after a season with 28 tournaments and about 45 weeks away from my French home and loved ones. The last few off-seasons I didn’t even bring my clubs back from the US, and sometimes I didn’t even want to look at grass. Eventually the itch comes back just in time for the season to start.

But this time, I did bring my clubs home… no golf clothes, as you can see — just the clubs — and I’m glad I did.

Three weeks into off-season and suddenly the itch hit. I ended up practicing and playing 9 holes with my mum — something we hadn’t done in at least five years. We laughed so much we ended up in tears with a proper belly ache.

Going back to my roots and sharing a relaxed round with family or friends in a beautiful place full of memories is the best reminder of why I fell in love with the game in the first place. Going to ride that feeling until I’m back in the 🇺🇸.

Heartbreaking finish at the first Major of the year… 💔

Hard to see passed the final result right now despite knowing there must have been a lot of positive to get myself into the second from last group on Sunday.

I’ll let it settle. See and feel the positive. Take the lessons. Then I go again. But right now it just sucks 🤷🏼‍♀️

@thechevronchampionship thank you for a world class event and spoiling us with FBI size cars.

@khelil_physiosport thank you for bringing amazing vibes whilst doing incredible work.

@dovey_mc_wobblesworth amazing job for being so spot on out there. Good things are coming for team Paul Square.

Thank you everyone for the support, all the messages and love ! 🫶🏼

Afternoon golf with @pauline_roussinbouchard ⛳️✨
From tears in Thailand to T3 in Singapore.

The goal for the week was simple: be happy and switch the mindset no matter how good I play.

Less “that’s not good enough.”
Less ruler on the fingers.
More credit for the good stuff.
Forget about the timeline.

To do that, first you need people in your corner who can send you this:

“You have the power to change that.
Be happy.
Look at the big picture.
Remember how fortunate you are to play the game you’re good at.
So get your head out of your a** and be the fun, happy person you normally are.” 👊🏼😱

Then you get some work done @julie__hassler .

It’s crazy how a mindset shift,
having my mum literally travel halfway across the world to be with me,
conversations with fellow players and people who are in my corner no matter what — who go with my dynamic, not against it—

can literally change everything.

Thank you @hsbcwomensgolf for an incredible venue and a challenging track. ☀️ Thank you @kova.golf for helping to optimize recovery post rounds — the heat was no joke the last 2 weeks.

Run: 20k (5km before 3rd round and 4km before last round)
Walk: 50km
Lift: 2 seshs (short ones)

Swipe all the way left to see some yummy desserts 🧁

2025 Recap 🎬 ⬇️

Main goal:
- To fight to be my happy, unapologetic authentic self all year long, on and off the course ✅

And only by doing so would my competitive goals follow:
- Keep my LPGA card ✅
- Make the cut on a major ✅ which actually ended up being 4 cuts out of 5 and a Top 10 along the way
- Get a win ❌ but did put myself out there 🟢
- Hyrox doubles and solo ✅
- Run races ✅ x2

Ongoing work and progress on accepting my intense personality and mind — emotional rollercoasters included, and there were way more than I would like to 🟠. But it never got as dark as before, or if it did, not as long. Progress. 🟢

Gained more maturity. More subtlety. A better understanding of myself, my game, my swing SOS (Same Old Sh*t), how to work on things and analyze it all. I progressively shaped the LPGA into what I want it to be for me, surrounded by incredible people. 🟢

Did have to deal with some off the course situations that got in the way on a few tournaments 🟠 Hard moments that led to some angry and frustrating times because it felt like a waste of time and tournaments — but it never is and meaningful lessons and changes came with them (big exciting change on Jan 7th actually!) 🟢

Did have some off the course magic though when witnessing my brother getting married ✨ (deserves a post of its own).

Beyond grateful for everyone who supported this process — my family, my parents always a phone call away no matter what time of day and night, my sponsors and my staff, with whom we’ve put in excellent work throughout the year.

Special shoutout to my co-pilot and friend — the best caddie I could ask for. A true friend when I needed one, a running and workout partner who pushed me when training got a little too lonely. You made this LPGA comeback so much brighter.

Biggest thank you to all of YOU following me on this journey. I truly feel your vibes and support. I hope I can inspire you to be your unapologetic self, to take care of your heart and mind, and to keep chasing your dreams with big and ambitious goals.

Cheers to 2025 for the growth, lessons, courage, and resilience — and here’s to welcoming 2026 with clarity, intention, and going all in. 🥂

Evian 2026 🌸

Always a big challenge coming back to Evian, but I think this time I added some great memories to the list.

+6 through 12 holes on round 1 to finishing the tournament at -3, DEFINITELY conquered some demons !

Big shoutout to @dovey_mc_wobblesworth for being such a great pilote. 👨🏼‍✈️ No yardage book for me — just distance, target, swing.

The biggest thank you to everyone who came out to cheer. Seeing so many familiar faces coming back year after year means more than you know. Feeling that support all week was pretty special. And thank you for making lots of noise (Evian family who’s been here for years @justine_lnlw @didier_lanne @jeanphilippepeytrin @neuropsy_del ) for the good shots and birdies and bringing the vibes. 👏🏼✨

Merci @evianchamp and @riboudfranck for an incredible event and for continuing to raise the game!

First Hyrox solo in the books 🤩

Enjoy these 1 minutes 23 seconds that highlight 1 hour 15 minutes of pure grit, adrenaline, effort and joy ✨

Top 20 for age group 25-29 and top 80 overall despite a little 7 minutes penalty for missing a lap - oops 😬

Biggest thanks to @precisiongolfkate for your help, precious advice, passion and support ! Can’t wait already to start prepping for the next one for sub 1:10👊🏼

Big shoutout to @mogieadamchik for the video, the pictures that will follow this post and cheering for me louder than ever during this race!

There’s no words to describe the feeling of standing in this tunnel for 10 minutes before race time, chanting in unison “we stay humble, we are strong…” with 50 other women ready to enter the pain cave… like WOW what a humbling experience.
@hyroxamerica thank you 🤍

I needed that race. HYROX NYC 2026.

Not the perfect prep, didn’t think I did enough at all, pancakes before the race. Hay fever at its peak. (Did drink enough cos I knew it was going to be HOT).

For 1h11min, there was no next tournament, no next worry, no don’t do this you got to tee off tomorrow, no next swing work, no analysis and brainstorm, no chasing the next improvement. Just the simplicity of pushing the body HARD.

Being part of the Hyrox history by participating in the biggest venue ever organized by Hyrox was pretty cool but what meant the most was hearing my mum’s voice in the crowd. Louder than everyone else. Paul here too.

Golf can be so quiet, yet so loud inside your own head. This was the opposite. My mind was for once quiet but it was loud everywhere. Thousands of voices. And all I could hear was, “Allez Pepette.” And “breathe” haha.

So cheers to pushing your limits, doing hard things, and finding freedom in it.

But most of all, cheers to coming back to golf and the process with a fuller cup. 🥂

And thank you @saintj_fitness for pacing and pushing. Congratulations on qualifying for the World Championships.

Until next time Hyrox. 🥂
