Not all angels walk the VS runway, some of us have to prep our wardrobes for coat season 🌬️🎀 Dressing for winter like it’s 1952 🎀 Some women own a puffer. Some own a shearling to drape over satin. We’re all dolls here 🎀 Dress code: satin & shearling. It’s all about layering 🎀 Satin slip, pin curls, and a shearling that deserves its own screen credit. Little Caitlin pulled up on stage for the fashion show. Core Memory 🎀 also career highlight. My grandmother called me Doll before Instagram was even a thing. She also used to take me to the hair salon to request my exact hair color. So technically, I was a beauty influencer before I could spell influencer. I really should have negotiated a commission. 💅🏼 My mom once wore a full fur coat while camping at a horse farm on New Year’s. Camping. In a fur coat. So when you see me in full glam standing in a pasture with horses, please understand that I’m simply honoring my family traditions. 🐎🎀 I was never meant to be a low-maintenance girl. Catholic school taught me a lot. Mostly how to push the limits of a dress code without technically changing the uniform. The administration and I had creative differences. Some people call it detention. I call it an early interest in fashion styling. 🎀 Fun fact: I can be a little shy when you first meet me. Unless you’re the man destined to be my husband. Then apparently I’m very outgoing. Anyway, we’ve been married for 8 years. When you know, you know 💕 Daddy’s girl. Two brothers. A dreamboat husband. And now a little boy who has my whole heart. I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by really wonderful men. And somehow, instead of making me less girly, they’ve just encouraged the princess behavior 👑 Wouldn’t change a thing. 💕 People sometimes ask if the Dollhouse thing is a bit. I regret to inform you that the pink, the bows, the outfits, and the unnecessary commitment to a theme are all very real. My husband can confirm. He lives in the Dollhouse, after all 🎀 The funniest thing about having a personal brand is realizing you didn’t actually invent it. The Barbie runway. The grandmother who called me Doll.
