Yea, this is uncomfortable to post. Almost didn’t… But I promised myself when I started sharing my life online that I would show the good, the bad, and the ugly of what real growth looks like. Social media usually shows the highlight reel — the wins, the glow-ups, the “after.” What it rarely shows is the in-between… the moments where your body and mind are still catching up to the life you’re trying to build. This was a real panic attack. Last night. The racing heart. The numbness. The feeling like your body is shutting down even though you know logically that you’re okay. If you’ve never had one, it’s hard to explain how real it feels in the moment. And if you have had one, you know exactly what I mean. Healing isn’t linear 📈 Growth isn’t graceful. And becoming a stronger version of yourself doesn’t mean you never struggle again❤️‍🩹 It means you learn how to move through it instead of letting it define you. I’m still doing the work. Still learning my triggers. Still building a life that feels safe and aligned for me. And if you’re in a season where your nervous system feels like it’s constantly on edge… you’re not broken. Yea, this is uncomfortable to post. Almost didn’t… But I promised myself when I started sharing my life online that I would show the good, the bad, and the ugly of what real growth looks like. Social media usually shows the highlight reel — the wins, the glow-ups, the “after.” What it rarely shows is the in-between… the moments where your body and mind are still catching up to the life you’re trying to build.
