My favorite postgame and pregame tool I use at the moment. Helps me stay good! Some reasons why I love it ⬇️⬇️ 1. ARPneuro Therapy is a movement based technology that uses a unique form of direct current to support the nervous system and help improve communication between the brain and body. The direct current paired with movement helps to create new neurological pathways which can retrain the brain and help avoid compensations with past injuries 2. The waveform contracts at the cellular level at a rate of 500x/sec. Compared to the human body that can contract from 2-30x/sec. This helps to promote faster tissue healing through enhanced circulation and muscle activation.
